Customer Service is Non-existent. I do not Recommend this to Anyone. The quality is poor and I know you can find something of better quality. This product took all of a month and a half to get to my home. Then once, after unpacking it, found out that the quality is just terrible. They wrap it up all safe so "nothing" happens to the mirrors. Well, as soon as I got my mirrors up and peeled the protective layer on, there were broken mirrors. With how light and well protected they were, I know that the mirror was in fact broken before they sent it. So I left a message to the seller to contact me back and received no response, nearly a week later. Do not trust this brand. Save yourself the torture of waiting and receiving broken contents. The only thing I did not like about this product is the size. From the 1st picture it makes the hexagons look way bigger than they really are. The little ones are cute but I was looking forward to the size of the picture. Other than that they were super easy to use, very sticky. I highly recommend you wait to peel the front of the mirror off until you’ve placed all your tiles on the wall. I peeled one off early and used a gentle towel to wipe it and it scratched the mirror. ... show more

I didn't pay attention to the size of the mirrors and when they came we just decided to roll with it. The final piece is nearly 4' square, but looks great and has more presence than the 2' ones on Etsy. There are 2 things I think people should know before buying: 1. These do NOT have an adhesive back. It's little circles of double sided adhesive foam that you add to every corner of every mirror to stick them on to your surface. It's tedious but seems to work and allow repositioning until you press them down. Then good luck trying to pull the mirror back up. 2. They aren't like a glass mirror. It's plastic. They're imperfect and wonky and don't reflect straight. It's more of a funhouse mirror look. I wouldn't recommend these by your door to check your lipstick before going out. ... show more

Forget what the comments say !!! People don’t follow directions , they definitely STICK!!! The have a plastic film you can take off after placing to give it that full shiny mirror look and I love them ! You have to put each of the little stickies they give you in each corner before hanging but they definitely give you enough ... show more
