Ok so typically makeup kits are over priced under stocked usually with all the products being like sample or travel size and the quality is like toddlers play makeup at best kind of little kits that ruin your skin and are just cheap. Well that most definitely is not the case here! This makeup kit is perfectly priced and honestly the total coverage that u get from the face makeup is game changing! On top of that I opened up the box and was so happily surprised at the overall quality and quantity of what you get. Literally everything you need and the makeup looks and feels so expensive and it stays on ( the liquid liner u definitely wanna dry before touching which takes maybe 15 seconds) everything is so easy to use and apply the colors are vibrant and subtle yet easily buildable and easily blends together beautifully. The mascara gives you those thick long looking lashes doesn’t clump or crumble and the brow pen is just mind blowing (it does say pencil but it’s more like a marker kinda thing that will change how you feel about everything you’ve used before oh and they WONT wipe off or sweat off even with oily skin). The face makeup ( a tiny bit will go along way) it’s so light doesn’t make your skin look aged or gross it’s just amazing. This kit comes with so many things that are so high end and it comes with EVERYTHING you need! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAKEUP KIT

I cleansed my face, prepped it, and then used all of the products that came in the box. Here’s my opinion on the products in the box. For reference, I’m a 50 year old gal with fair skin and blue eyes. The purple applicator is nice. 5/5 stars The concealer is darker, but it blended out well. 3/5 stars The foundation is a bit yellow and really sunk into the few wrinkles I have. 2/5 stars There was no true blush so I dabbed some of the lipgloss on my cheeks and worked it in. That worked beautifully. The eyeshadows are all darker shades, maybe 2 light ones, and they’re all very similar dark shades. Like maybe…maybe…one shade difference. To the degree that it was hard to tell until I took my phone light and shone it directly on the palette that I could tell the difference. The shadows are highly pigmented, but they don’t stay on long. I found myself reapplying it as I was going along on other parts of my face. 3/5 stars I love the eyeliner. I’ve not worked with a liquid eyeliner that I’ve liked before, but this one is easy to work with and it’s a true, rich black. 5/5 stars The mascara is wonderful because it goes on smoothly, with no clumps, and your lashes stay soft. However! They don’t last 36 hours like it says. Mine lasted about 10. Still, that’s ok for me because I’m not a gal who’s out and about for long stretches of time. 4/5 stars. The lipglosses are very pretty, however, I need a lipliner for them. My lips are weird in that there’s a part that if I don’t put lipstick on them my lips look weird, and yet if I do put lipstick on them, without lipliner, they look weird. So I need that lipliner. I like that I can use the lipgloss for blush and if I have the right lipliner and a gloss top since I hate matte, I can see myself wearing them. 4/5 stars Brow pen. Nope! Awful, awful, awful! Enough said. 0/5 stars Makeup brushes. They’re tiny! I don’t like that. I have tremors and I need that extra length. Looking at the pics, it definitely doesn’t look like they’re going to be small. They’re not soft, but they’re reasonably well made and they work for what you need. I did have to use them a lot for the eyeshadow because they didn’t hold a lot of product on them. 2/5 Overall, this would be a cute gift if you’ve got a girl who’s just getting into makeup. It isn’t something to get for a gal who’s been doing their makeup for a long time.
