This kit is a good way to get a lot of makeup and makeup accessories for a very nominal price, plus delivered to your door. Personally, I HATE makeup shopping because if you go to a department store, those saleswomen want to sell you a whole bunch of really expensive products and act like you are the worst frump on the planet for not already having them. If you go to the drugstore or the discount store, everything is in blister packs so you can't try anything, and there is no one to answer questions. With this set, you get a whole box full of makeup products to try. With such a bit selection, there are going to be things that are not really the right shade for you, and possibly not in colors you like. This is what friends are for. Share them with others! I note that there is a lifetime supply of some products such as eyeshadows and concealers. There are whole pallettes of those, but there is only one eyeliner and one mascara, so those will run out sooner. In addition to the makeup, there are sponge blenders, microfiber face washing pads and a whole fistful of makeup brushes, plus a bag to hold them. This is a fun set that has reasonable quality pieces. Some of it won't work for you, but some you will love. AND you get this whole set for what two or three items would cost at a department store!

First of all I hope no one is buying this expecting high end makeup. Obviously at the cost of a high end lipstick you have to know you’re getting quantity over quality. For the price this set is pretty impressive. Personally, I wouldn’t use the foundations or cream products because my sensitive skin would definitely break out, and the ingredients are pretty bad; however, there is a bunch of other products that are useful! This exceeded my expectations. It really has everything you need. The mascara and eye liner was great and the lipstick stayed on all night. Its matte lipstick and the red is a classic bright red, it was perfect. There are a variety of different colors of lipstick and eyeshadow. The eyeshadow is okay too. It has all the brushes you need. The liquid eyeliner and the mascara is in a pretty tube, it's sparkly and cute. I was very impressed with the presentation of this kit. Less

This kit has so much stuff in it, definitely everything one would need to do an entire face. Great for beginners just learning to do makeup. The quality and price are fair and expected for what the kit includes. Would make a nice gift for a preteen or teenager.

It was so fun to open this box of makeup - so many different products! The foundation comes in 3 colors that you're supposed to mix to get the right shade. That's too much work for me, frankly, but I enjoyed trying the other products. Everything seems to be decent quality and I was impressed that it came with a full set of brushes. The set also comes with a makeup bag but unfortunately the printed paper inside the box transferred to the bag and stained it so that was disappointing. I think this would be great for someone just starting out with makeup as it allows you to experiment with lots of different colors and products to find what works for you. This set was $35 at the time of order. Given the quantity of products I think it's a great value.
