I bought these to have a little knee protection during floor exercises. I'm not tall (5'9") yet they tend to ride up over the knee. Fabric is thick and seems durable if a little rough. If you're just weight lifting or running they should be fine.

I wore this 3 or 4 times before it tore dramatically right between my legs when I wasn’t even working out. I was just chilling at a party after doing some light walking and getting in and out of a car when I noticed that the fabric was torn to shreds around my groin. I’m very disappointed!
