Being on the petite side, I have trouble with standard massage chairs since the rollers do not reach the top of my shoulders and neck area. Found out massage chairs not recommended for those under 5'5". This product solved my problem and now I can adjust the item to reach specific areas. Although the item is a bit bulky, I found sitting on the floor with item on my neck (supported by couch) works well. This product is well made and worth the money!

I was fully prepared to return this unless it was amazing. Even with the Cyber Monday sale, it was still spendy. Frankly I was spoiled for many years with regular massages but last year I stopped when I realized how much I spent each year. There is a learning curve but I’m thoroughly enjoying how well it targets specific areas. My main focus is on neck and shoulders; however, I use this on back/lower back and legs too. I find using a nice, thick hand towel between skin and massager feels the best. Try this for your neck: Lie on bed with head comfortably propped up on a couple pillows. Put massager between the bottom of your ears. I had to adjust a bit to find the perfect areas. Enjoy. This gets between your lower head and neck.

I have bought so many massagers and what I thought was going to be a great one was not. There is only one speed and it’s too hard. The fabric is incredibly rough and scratches my neck. It’s too late to return it but I’m very disappointed for what was a highly rated product. This was expansive and there is only one speed. It’s bulky and not usable for many areas like it claims. Do not buy this.

I gave a 3 because I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the massager, it works good and after having a stiff neck and shoulders to the point of pain every day, I ALMOST got through it, but the machine suddenly STOPPED WORKING. I only had it a week, and when I received it I thought it looked repackaged. Nevertheless, I returned without issue. THEN, I got a call from my mom, and the one that I shipped to her stopped working. HMMMM! 2 that stopped working that went to completely different places. I think the product has defaults. Although, I really loved it, I have to look elsewhere.
