Being on the petite side, I have trouble with standard massage chairs since the rollers do not reach the top of my shoulders and neck area. Found out massage chairs not recommended for those under 5'5". This product solved my problem and now I can adjust the item to reach specific areas. This was great! My chiropractor recommended I get something like to this for daily maintenance. Felt so good friends even purchased after trying. Well, after a few months it no longer works. Won’t charge, turn on, nothing. Super disappointed it didn’t last long for the price paid.

I gave a 3 because I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the massager, it works good and after having a stiff neck and shoulders to the point of pain every day, I ALMOST got through it, but the machine suddenly STOPPED WORKING. I only had it a week, and when I received it I thought it looked repackaged. Nevertheless, I returned without issue. THEN, I got a call from my mom, and the one that I shipped to her stopped working. This is the next best thing to an actual spa massage. I always have knots in my back and this little machine does a great job of kneading them out. If you have back pain associated with desk work or even working out too hard, this is for you! After owning this for about a month or so, it still works great, but if you unplug the power cord from the massager before unplugging it from the wall, it sparks. I was fully prepared to return this unless it was amazing. Even with the Cyber Monday sale, it was still spendy. Frankly I was spoiled for many years with regular massages but last year I stopped when I realized how much I spent each year. There is a learning curve but I’m thoroughly enjoying how well it targets specific areas. My main focus is on neck and shoulders; however, I use this on back/lower back and legs too. I find using a nice, thick hand towel between skin and massager feels the best. Try this for your neck: Lie on bed with head comfortably propped up on a couple pillows.
