Love these boots! We ordered a size 4 for our 5 month old who is 23 lbs. They are Velcro- close on the back of the shin area and that part DOES NOT FIT BACK OF LEG. He is chunky but the shin area of the boot is way TOO TIGHT. So be cautious because they will COME OFF EASILY. These are comfy and cute for babies who can’t quite walk on their own yet. Very flexible and light with a wide Velcro opening. This makes it easy to put boots on but also very easy for them to be kicked off too.
