This didn't cut well at all. I had a few different brands/colors on my mat cutting at once with the same settings to see how it would do. It didn't cut well at all and it was annoying to weed. I had to be very careful or the whole thing would come up while weeding. The vinyl itself is very thin and not very sticky. I do not feel confident using this on anything like a tumbler, car decal, or outdoor sign. This might be sticky enough to handle some light household use. These final sheets come in standard 12 x 12 which is good for your circuit cutter mats. They are a medium grade with bright standout colors. They cut smoothly there is no tearing or binding. They weed easily even with the most delicate patterns. I use a medium transfer tape and it seems to work fine they are here to your project. And so far have stayed adhered. I use these sheets to cut basic stickers with my Sizzix big shot and thinlet dies. It cuts easily and sticks to cars and insulated Stanley style tumblers. The sheets are a single color matte finish. You get 50 sheets with a variety of colors.

There are 25 glossy & 25 matte sheets of 12 x 12 inch adhesive vinyl in this package. The colors are bright. The vinyl seems a bit thin and the adhesive is not particularly strong. Lovely colors. I need more stick to be happy with adhesive sheets.
