I ordered a size small and it fits perfectly. I am 5’10” and 148lbs for reference and typically wear a size 4/5. I usually do not order shorter dresses off of Amazon because I never know how short they will fall on me but this is a great length, just won’t be doing any bending over for the public if you catch my drift haha. The fabric feels very cheap, and I honestly expected more out of something that is just about $50. It feels like a knock off wanna be linen that will wrinkle if you look at it wrong. Aside from that, I absolutely love this dress. I’m using this for my daughter’s 3rd birthday photoshoot and I’m very happy with how this hugs your waist and flares out from the tummy like an A line. This dress is very flattering and I would definitely recommend if you won’t mind the whole fabric situation. Also, it is NOT stretchy. Order to your size because if not, you won’t be able to zip it up in the back. It’s made of the really thin shiny fabric that like a spirit Halloween costume would be made out of. I don’t normally have the energy to write reviews but the fact that this dress is almost $50 makes me so mad and hope I will save others the same disappointment. No way this dress is worth $15 let alone $45 American dollars. It also was shipped just ina clear plastic bag with the shipping label directly on the bag. I received so many compliments & a lot were amazed that I purchased it from Amazon! I’m usually a size M/L & I’m 5’4, wear size 36C & 143lbs. After reading reviews multiple times, I decided to go with a large that way I wouldn’t have to worry about it being tighter than I wanted on my waist area because ya girl LOVES to eat.
