I do think this is a beautiful dress. The beads at the top of the dress are exquisite, however the bottom half of the dress is made of a cheaper looking material that just doesn’t give the feel I was hoping for (like the top half). The fit wasn’t very flattering on me either, as it was loose at the top and would require adjustments to fit right. For reference I am between a 36-38C so it’s hard to get things that fit properly on the top.

This dress has a band at the top of the skirt which made me look 6 months pregnant. The dress looks as it does in the picture. The quality is cheap though.

I ordered this beautiful formal dress based on my measurements and the advertised size chart. It still fits a little big in the upper bust, shoulder and waist areas. My bust is 41”(38D) and my waist is 35”…the size chart has 41.7” bust and 35.4” waist for for XXL, so I ordered that size, but I have more than .7” and .4” more room available in those areas, I could have easily worn an XL. My normal size is L/XL. This is a great quality beaded formal dress by LVNES. The beading quality and design is exquisite. The layered tulle is very soft and comfortable against the skin. The bodice anis lined well and non-scratchy. The bodice and waist definitely has some stretch because I could not get the zipper to work at all, I pulled this dress over my head without a lot of effort! There’s no fabric nor threads blocking the zipper, so I’m not sure why it’s stuck. I didn’t want to force it and take the chance of ruining the dress. Maybe later on, I’ll take it to a tailor. Overall, this is a nice ballroom style gown that can be worn to many types of formal events.

This dress is gorgeous and looks more expensive than it is. I’m typically a M/L for dresses sold on Amazon (a lot of them are Asian brands so they fit smaller), but after reading reviews about flat measurements of the dress and not knowing exactly how stretchy it is, I decided to try the XXL. When I took it out of the bag, it looked like it would fit. But when I tried it on, it was way too big. Basically the XXL looks like a size M/L but fits like an XXL. The fabric is stretchy so the dress actually looks smaller than it fits. The size chart shows body measurements that would fit in each size, not the flat measurements of the dress, so it isn’t so much that the size chart is wrong, but that it is confusing because you don’t know whether the numbers refer to flat measurements or “fit for body measurements” until you try it on. I’m 37” bust (32D), 32” waist, 15” shoulders and I’m going to reorder in a size L and see whether it fits. Added edit 9/1/23: The size L arrived and it fits like a glove. I’m not sure it will fit if I am any bigger. So I would say the size chart is accurate for body measurements, not product measurements. I also ordered XL to try, and the sleeves of the XL are more comfortable then the L, but the shoulders were almost too wide and the bodice looked baggy. I could not fill it out with my 32” ribcage. If you have similar bust measurements to me but with a wider ribcage, the XL may work better for you.
