I've been using this almost daily for over a month, and it works perfectly, however, there's some sort of brown goo (grease?) that seems to be coming from the inside of the arm? If this could come apart so I could clean it, that would be great, but I'm bummed because I keep cleaning it but this brown stuff keeps coming back.

I picked a crusher that was a little more expensive because I thought it would be higher quality. This was not tje case. Product appears to be stainless steel, however, it is nothing more than cheep very thin and flimsy plastic. I'm not convinced it is even capable of crushing ice. The lid was so thin and flimsy it didnt even survive shipping. I returned it for a refund bought one thay was half the price that was of much better construction.

I finally found an ice crusher that actually crushes and doesn’t just shave! It doesn’t have suction on the bottom but it doesn’t move around too much. It’s mostly plastic but has a metal handle and metal blades; I’m hoping it stands up to the test of time. I’ve been using it every day since I received it. Great product and I’d definitely recommend!
