Im a Preschool teacher. I play this for my most toughest sleepers. It relaxes them to sleep. I love it. Took a bit to get uses to the disc for them. But they do exceptionally well with it.

    • Absolutely MAGICAL!
THIS ALBUM IS MAGICAL!!!!!! Both of my kids have co-slept with us. My 5 year old has severe anxiety but has been falling asleep in his own room to the Ocean Wonders show which has lovely videography and soothing music. But then we would shut it off after he fell asleep because we didn’t like the tv being on. So then he would wake in the middle of the night and climb in to bed with us. We have tried transitioning our two year old out of our bed for a year now. But he is so stubborn and would scream and cry for hours, keeping his older brother up. But now I am expecting our third so we really needed to get a move on. I noticed they both slept well when the music was playing from the tv show but would wake up when it was off. So after researching music and sleep, I learned that soothing music actually releases endorphins and helps to relax and calm us. And that when a child rouses in the middle of the night like all children do, they need to fall asleep the same way they fell asleep initially. So since I was playing the Ocean Wonders show for my son as he fell asleep and then I would shut it off, he would rouse and not be able to fall back asleep since the music shut off. So then I started researching CD’s to play all night. Que this CD. I sampled the cd prior to buying it, as I was listening to it, my two year old climbed up next to me and clonked out. Which is the exact moment I was SOLD. I started playing this CD in their room on repeat at night and putting them both to bed at the same time. The first night, both of my boys (who normally wake extremely frequently) only woke up about once or twice and fell right back asleep. The next night, they both slept all night long and have been since!!! Who are these kids?! My youngest normally wakes every hour on the hour!! I thought I was about to lose my mind and this precious CD came in to my life and changed everything!! A couple nights ago, my youngest started waking a bunch. Which was now unusual since we’ve had the cd. I went in to see what the issue was, and the tablet where I was playing the music had actually shut off therefore shutting the music off. So I turned it back on and he went right back to sleep and slept until morning! I play it during nap time and all night. And now my kids are actually sleeping for the first time EVER. And there was no screaming or crying or fighting involved! It just worked. I HIGHLY recommend this album. It has changed our lives. And now that my kids are sleeping well, they are behaving much better too! I’m so happy I found this album. I’ve been telling all my friends about it. ❤️ ... show more

I’m a toddler teacher so I got this for my classroom and my babies fall asleep so quickly and I’ve noticed my one who doesn’t sleep a lot is sleeping longer

Bought this for my 4 Month old. She still sleeps in our room so I can vouch for how we both slept! I have been playing lullaby music from my cell phone, and then a calming white noise from an app on my ipad for 4 months because I havnt been able to find anything that serves BOTH needs. My daughter loves a sweet calming music but we use the white noise as well to help blend the sounds of the house, and also the breaks in music/songs. This CD is wonderful. The soft sounds from the guitar dont startle her, are a perfect slow calming pace, and are beautiful to listen to coming from a mommy who was slightly tired of hearing the lullaby song all night every night! As for how we slept. My daughter is on a great sleep schedule so I am not going to lie and say that it worked MIRACLES when she was already pretty good to begin with, but last night she calmly put HERSELF to sleep (rather than the usually patting and shushing) and where sometimes she will stir in the middle of the night, she didnt. She slept hard, she didnt stir or get restless, she just slept. I also slept better than I have in a long time! The ONLY thing I wish were different would be that i wish the CD was full/longer. Im a light sleeper so I do notice when it ends even when put on repeat... So i guess if my only complaint is MORE PLEASE, then this was overall a great buy and I will be purchasing for all my new mommy friends! ... show more

I am a teacher at an Early Learning Center and this CD is perfect for our nap time sounds! My 2 year olds slept beautifully as I usually play similar sounds from YouTube. I have been looking for a CD as I cannot leave my personal iPad at work for days I cannot be there and this one is perfect, I think I’m going to switch to using solely this soundtrack for naptime 🙂 ... show more

I have several lullaby CDs for my baby, and I use them for different times (bedtime vs. nap time). I use this one for his nap time and then I just leave it on repeat while he's napping. I really love this CD, and have fallen asleep several times myself while rocking him to sleep. :) I love that it has a combination of the ocean wave sound along with the relaxing guitar music. The ocean waves help drown out other noises in the house while he's sleeping, and the guitar music is nice and relaxing. My only slight issue with it is that I wish the ocean waves were a little louder. Sometimes if I turn it up loud enough to have the louder white noise, the guitar notes can seem a little loud. So I just have to be sure to get the right volume in order to have a good mix. ... show more
