Christmas gift for Mom and she loved it. So beautiful. More of a decoration than a useful cup to drink from. The handle is gorgeous, but not that easy to hold comfortably. Can't microwave it or dishwash it, but it's beautiful to look at.

It's beautiful but... We got this to see if it would be a good fit for our non-alcoholic bar/lounge, Free Spirited. Sadly, it is pretty fragile for that use. Why? It is a two-handed tap pot. The lid does not lock, so you have to hold the top on while you pour so it doesn't fall off. The glass tea holder in the center is beautiful to see the tea leaves, but it is also an issue because it only has one hole on the side and the rest are on the very bottom to release the water into the teapot. That makes it hard to fill up and serve the tea. The glass also allows tea leaves into the tea you are serving (in case that's a plus or minus for you). I guess I see why the metal center bits are so popular now. It came very well protected and packed. 10/10. I would keep it if it was for home use. It is very pretty, and I could see it lasting a long time if cared for properly (no dishwasher). The handle doesn't get hot either which is nice.
