I have plenty of wiggle room in the toe area, but it's not too loose. They don't rub on my heels, or ankles, and offer ok support. They have a sturdy construction; are well made with quality canvas & rubber, the insole has a nice cushiony feel, but no arch support. Though, an insole with an arch can be easily inserted. I'm a hairdresser, & I stand for 10 hours a day. These sneakers are light enough to wear & I don't end up with sore feet at the end of the day! I highly recommend these to anyone who likes Vans, but not their high price. I also recommend them to anyone who needs a comfortable shoe/sneaker to stand or walk in all day. I love the fact that the shoe is all black and I like the sole of the shoe it's sturdy and it's comfortable I don't have any complaints about this shoe at all it was exactly what I needed and exactly what I wanted now if you stand up on your feet all day I don't know how this shoe would be but the fact that I don't stand up all day I have a sit-down job so I'm standing up sometimes and sitting down some this was a perfect shoe for that I really love the shoe it's comfortable it looks good it goes with everything that I have I will be repurchasing these shoes again ... show more

While value for money may be there, long hours and comfort are not. I work in stadiums and concert arenas. These held through 60 events before coming apart completely. Started to lose traction after about 20/30 events. Not much support especially for high arches or wide feet. Love their styles but I’m going to have to move to higher quality. ... show more

I wanted a little white shoe to wear on a beach vacation when we might have some walking or want to bump up from flip-flops. These Lugz worked great! Just a bit of arch support and enough cushion to keep my feet going across airport terminals. I typically wear an 8.5 US women's and went with an 8 which just fit without my toe touching the front. The bottom of both shoes ripped and tore open after 2 weeks of wear! The sides where the rubber meets the fabric is separating. I would expect this after a few months with how much im on my feet but after just 10 shifts at work my shoes are ruined. Horrible purchase and I will never buy from lugs again. ... show more
