Good fit, and arch support inserts turned them into a very good fit. . . Except the laces . . . They cheaped out on laces, and the laces separate the outer layer and the wound center on the metal lace eyes on the shoes. . . If you want to tighten them up, do not pull too hard on the laces close to finish tightening as the lace separates the inner and outer segments so it is not the best way to distinguish what you have . . .

I Bought them for my husband for a Father’s Day gift. He loved them , he likes that they are lightweight, they fit perfectly, they are comfortable, they match all of his outfits and the durability as well. The only complaint I had is this is the second pair of lugz that I had to buy. The 1st pair was a half size bigger so I had to returned it. When I got on Amazon to return the lugz, I was hoping that they would give me an option to exchange the shoe size. My only option would be to return them for a full refund. For my second pair that I ordered I wasn’t able to get the same deal for the lugz, which was the whole reason why I bought them because of the great deal. I bought them for $30 for the first pair and the second time I had to order them, I ended up paying an additional $13 to $15 more. I would have been very satisfied in just exchanging the shoe size instead of losing the sales deal and paying more money. The whole purchasing experience wasn’t too satisfactory but my husband does love the product. This is why I gave 4 stars, I would love to give them 5 stars if I didn’t have to pay more just to get the right size of shoes.

This brand is incredible. I bought a pair for my dad that lasted him over a decade. Got him two pairs now. Very comfortable, good quality, comfortable weight, and you get the value for your money!

It's like walking around on a flat tire! The square webbing inside the heel breaks apart and leaves the sole hollow within a week of wearing. Bought 3 pairs for work expecting about 4 months of wear each. The first pair lasted 4 days until the heel collapsed. Second pair lasted 3 days and started to have the same issue. Luckily I could return all 3 pairs since they didn't even make it through the 30 day return window. The most expensive cheap shoes ive ever bought. Doing the math, $40 ÷ 4 days worn = $10 / day or $300/month actual cost. Would be better off buying a $300 pair of shoes and know that they would probably last a year.

The comfort was good quality. However waterproofing the shoe even two times doesn't stop it from getting one inch snow and it has only snowed one time yet the boot got wet. At last haven't even had for a month and under the insoles inside the shoe it has broken apart. You can also see on the bottom that it has a hole in them. Cracked through and all I do is wear them for work which is walking around or driving a forklift. It is very upsetting not having the shoe even a month and the product is made cheaply that it falls apart.
