Good pair of slip on "skater" shoes very simplistic in design which is exactly what I was looking for. These feel solid they are a bit on the heavier side, but again, it's what I wanted. Everything from the the canvas upper to the bottom sole feels like good quality material was used, I'm hopeful they last, but of course, only wearing them and time will attest to the quality. Appearance wise these shoes are as described. One thing though, I ordered a 9 1/2 W for him, he typically wears between a 9 1/2 - 10, be aware however, the WIDE version runs big (at least for him). I don't mean roomy in the toe box (that's what WIDE is supposed to do, duh)! I mean big as in he can fit at least a finger in the back of the heal. For him it isn't a problem cause he intends to use Dr. Scholl's inserts, so it works out, but just thought I would give someone a heads up . He gives them 4-1/2 stars, He really is digging these shoes though and would recommend, I hope this review helps someone out there. Thanks for taking the time to read. It's a good shoe, quality seems good too, only issue is I ordered a size 4 and a size 3.5 is what I got, I got these for my son for the school year and I didn't have enough time to return for the correct size before school

I bought two pairs of these because they were on sale and I go through shoes like this pretty quickly. The feel is nice land the soles are a bit thicker than a pair of Vans, so they feel like they are going to last longer than other similar shoes. My only complaint is that they seem to be small on a vertical scale. The top of the shoes continually press down on my big toe, and if I’ve been walking a lot that day, my toe is hurting and slightly swollen. Otherwise, I really like these shoes. ... show more

This was my second purchase of the same shoe. I liked my first pair purchased last year. It was my go to slip-on summer footwear. I I bought a black pair of the same model shoe this year and it is even improved over my first pair. I highly recommend these for summer wear.
