Many other buyers of these shoes suggested to buy 1/2 size smaller for better fit. So I ordered 11.5. But after about 30 hours of wearing these off and on for 2 weeks, my feet feel like they are crammed into a narrower width. NOTE: Adding a shoe pad insert doesn't help the tight fit. Plus, when walking sometimes, the shallow foot depth created by an added shoe pad means my heal and back of foot tends to want to fall out of shoe at certain points on stairways or when turning corners. But...my fault. I'll just live with these and wear them for less extended periods of time to avoid foot soreness from narrower feel. ... show more

I am very pleased with this product, especially in relation to the price. The insoles are NOT the kind that slide out when you take off the shoe, and I'd say they are true to size.
