I have really enjoyed both of these cases. I have started using the smaller case as a rolling briefcase and the larger is a great size. The top opening vs half seems to really make a difference in how well I pack.

I’ve used the carry-on once so far. In comparison to my old carry-on this one is smaller even though they both say 20 inches in the description so that was a little bit disappointing. I do like the front pocket a lot and that was my main reason for purchasing it, but it does take up more internal capacity than I was expecting due to the padding. Not necessarily a bad thing, but may prevent you from fitting more items in the luggage. Overall, I prefer to have the exterior pocket. I like the convenience of being able to access items easily. In some ways, it helped me feel more organized having different compartments and pockets that you don’t usually get with a hard shell luggage. I used it for a light jacket and to store my hat and gloves. I also like that you can open it from both the front and middle. It was really hard to find luggage that does this. To me the clamshell opening is not convenient when in a hotel room as it takes up more space when it’s open. It’s also very nice that it has the zipper locks. For the price it seems to be good value, but I don’t know how it will be long-term. Luckily, it comes with a warranty. I wish there was a bigger size available, and I also was thinking the charger would be included. With the charger not being included I don’t really think it’s necessarily more convenient to use the luggage wires as a charger than just a separate charger. I use it for the first time . It broke zippers came out not durable. Im so disappointed and create hassle when travelling. I didnt overstuff my medium size but all zippers were ripped out.

    • Zipper broke on my first trip
I was excited to use my new luggage for my trip to visit my daughter. The zipper broke on the checked bag my flight back home. I’m very disappointed I spent money on this luggage set and only got to use it once because the plastic zipper isn’t strong enough to hold the luggage weight while being tossed by TSA loading and unloading on the plane and baggage claim. ... show more

I definitely like how it rolls easily and how I can get my computer in the front pocket without having to open the whole suitcase but I do feel it was a little bit top-heavy with the other stuff in that part of the suitcase and it should also open the same way as the big suitcase.
