I installed these about 3 weeks ago. This front and rear seat set was installed in my 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 Double Cab. My first thought when I got them was that they were a grayish black - but that turned out to be the visual through the packaging…these ARE black. These were vacuum sealed and in a carrying case, thumbs up on the packaging. Installation took some time, but I really liked how the precut holes for the head rest mounts, seat pulls, etc were spot on and made for a very clean look. The fit was also spot on, everything including the head rests were pretty snug. These are as close to a custom fit for the 3rd gen Tacoma as you can get. My only concerns might the retaining straps, quick clips and the plastic retention disks. I would have liked a little more tension on the straps or the ability to adjust/tighten them and heavier duty clips. The retention disks are plastic and wondering if they might get brittle over time. However, the set does contain two extra disks. But that being said, covers really don't slide around on the seat getting in and out as far as I’ve noticed. Time will tell I guess when/if the material starts stretching…. The material is thick and seems pretty durable. I definitely feel my seats will be protected from dirt and liquids. Overall - I’m glad I made this purchase and really happy with the look and piece of mind. I’d recommend these for a 3rd gen owners. ... show more

This various components of the set fit my 2009 Tacoma's seats well and look very nice. I was very pleased until I attempted to secure the lower seat cover according to the instructions. The instructions on how to secure lower seat cover (what you sit) is not accurate. I watched the video, numerous times, and the manner depicted in the video for securing the seat cover to the seat shown does match the system attached to the seat cover and does not keep the seat cover in place when exiting the vehicle. The seat cover pulls out of place as you slide yourself off the seat and exit. Then you must re-positioned the seat cover on the seat before entering the vehicle. This is not what was expected. The video shows one way of securing the seat but the product comes with a different method that was adaptable but not satisfactory and requires continuous attention and securing. ... show more
