Received this urn the next day after I ordered it, and I was not expecting it to be as beautiful and sturdy as it was. I lost my mother January of this year and due to having to wait til the insurance company paid out. I just received her ashes a few days ago. Although the funeral home was paid for a wooden box urn and 4 cross necklaces, they just put my mom's ashes in a generic plastic box. But when I received this urn it was a sigh of relief. The media could not be loaded. These urns are beautiful! They are contemporary and the candle brings remembrance for me. I did add the necklace around the glass-that was not included. I purchased 1 for my mom and dad. I love them and couldn’t be happier.

I am happy with everything about this product. It was well-packaged and even had words of comfort printed on the box and also the instruction sheet which made me feel good since I was getting emotional as I opened it up. Each piece included is exactly as described; nothing damaged or missing. It is all solid craftmanship. Putting the ashes inside and finding the perfect place for it in our home helped with the grieving. My family agrees that this is a terrific way to honor their Dad. I like the idea of adding personalized touches to the glass enclosure for celebrating holidays and really enjoy the candle in the evening. I love this urn so much because it doesn't look like an urn. The quality, and craftsmanship is awesome. My dad recently passed away and I just couldn't bear the idea of putting him in a traditional urn and I came across this one and knew this was the one for him. People who came to his service didn't even know it was an urn but did comment how cool it was and when the time came when they had to go through this that they would purchase this urn. Someone from the company even contacted me after my purchase just to see if I was happy with the product or if there was anything they could do for me which I thought was nice. They didn't have to check in but the fact they did at such a sad time in my life made me see they this company goes the extra mile for humanity and not money. The media could not be loaded. The small/medium errs on the side of small and can fit comfortably on a fireplace mantle. The large is LARGE. I ended up needing the larger size to accommodate my father’s remains. Nice quality and everything functioned well.
