Photo is fresh out the package, so it needs cleaned and pressed. I’m 5’4” and weigh 125 lbs. The small fit, but I felt it was too short for a 60 yo. So this is a Medium. I’m 60 and getting married (again). Simple outdoor ceremony. Didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a dress. This is perfect. The dress is lined, so you can’t see through. This dress is super cute! I have a bit of a mom belly and keep trying popular dresses that just don’t work for my body- I have a large chest and if I try to go too lose and flowy, can end up looking bigger than I am. But this was so flattering for my body type. It hung loose enough to hide a belly and not cling to mid section, but still kept silhouette of my figure and didn’t look frumpy or tent like. If you’re curvy but want to hide belly- this will work! It’s also a great balance of cute but grown up/classy. And i think the striped area keeps the focus on the dress itself. Wore to a beach wedding and got lots of compliments (from young to old). The blue grey is a true, beautiful blue/grey.

I wore this dress to a valentine party and got lots of compliments. I love the mesh cut outs. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sleeves have 2 mesh stripes and the bottom only has 1 mesh stripe. Personally I think 2 on the bottom would have looked better but I still love it, and would recommend.

AMENDED REVIEW (one star): DO NOT PURCHASE! You can see my original review below. I purchased the first dress in this style (the one shown in the photo) LESS THAN FIVE MONTHS AGO. I liked it so much (at first -- see initial review), that I've purchased a few other colors / patterns. Now, I wish that I hadn't. The net trim - which is similar or identical to tulle - is tearing away from the dress. Since I've now looked closely at how it is constructed / sewn, I can see why. I can't tell if the problem is due to the seam being too narrow or if the netting, itself, is of low quality -- or both. I have almost a lifetime of sewing experience and am very accomplished -- so I should have inspected the first dress when I first received it and anticipated this problem. Fortunately, since I can sew, I can replace the netting with another type of trim (probably another type of sheer fabric). Which is a hassle, but quite frankly not as big a hassle as returning the three or four of these dresses that I have purchased. Which, as I noted in my original review, I otherwise like. If I were not able to sew and were not confident that I can fix this problem as it arises on each garment, I would be returning them all to Amazon. (Haha -- I promise that it only coincidence that my middle finger is the one sticking through the tear. I didn't even realize that until I noticed it in the photo here.) ORIGINAL REVIEW (five stars): I love this dress. I use it as a tunic top over leggings or pants. It pulls over the head, so no buttons, snaps, or the like to mess with. It is easy care -- comes out of a (low) drier almost wrinkle-free.

Love this dress. I had purchased a black one on Threadup and was thrilled to find the dress on Amazon. Am wearing the blue one for a wedding. It fits true to size. It looks dressy without being over the top. It's not really stretchy or sheer. Great rich color and lightweight easy to pack dress.

On the positive side, It is a cute dress. On the other hand, the material is on the thin side and it was just not a good fit for me. I bought an XL based on the recommendations (I'm 5'4", 145 lbs. and a 38G) and I ended up returning it because it was too big. I did order a size down (it's not here yet) but I suspect the chest may be too tight. UPDATE: I am quite happy with the Large. It fits me perfectly and looks great. I am looking forward to wearing this to a fancy wedding next month.
