The dress came in fast, and it seems to be well made. It's heavy, but not insanely heavy if that makes sense. I had ordered the dress in ivory, but received white. It's also much poofier than what was shown. Maybe I can take a layer of mesh out and try to help it along? I sent in my measurements, and it fits great except the shoulder straps are pretty tight. Given all the other measurements I sent and everything else fits great, I'm not too whiney about one measurement out of that many being off. Im sure I can have the shoulders fixed so its a better fit. I'm just really sad over it being the wrong color. UPDATE: I had no idea what shades of white really were. This is all so new to me! It was NO fault of the sellers, it was mine for not reading closer and doing my research. The dress came in EXACTLY how I ordered it, measurements and all. The only difference from the picture to what I got is that it IS poofier than shown. Which is no biggie. I had also measured wrong! Thought the arm hole was around the bicep, not armpit around shoulder. 🤦♂️ I'll be ordering another one (yes, I'll do it right this time!! I promise!!) from this seller. My complaints about this were from my own ignorance, not incompetence from the seller AT ALL. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Quality trash and cheaply made also they will not let you ship the product back because it cost more to ship then the dress itself. Amazon A to Z guarantee says u must be able to return international products to a US state but they dont have anywhere to return product so they try to discount and beat around the bush so that you just say forget it. I ordered a few dress to try on, all of which stated FREE RETURNS, only to find out that means nothing. They will not issue a return label, but give you a CA address to return at your expense. I had to go around and around with the other sellers and complain to Amazon for two of them in order to get a label issued. This seller did try to force me to return on my own, but did quickly just issue the label. So I appreciate them for that. The dress was actually really pretty. It was much too long, but most are because I’m short. Of the three I ordered, this one was the least awkwardly made, it was just more poofy and sparkly than I liked. I ordered my wedding dress online because I was not in the United States when planning my wedding and I couldn’t go try dresses on. I ordered it with my own measurements and had the dress shipped to my husbands parents house in Florida. I was only able to see and try the dress on three days before my wedding- because that’s when we arrived back in the states. I had made an appointment with a seamstress just in case I needed anything adjusted on the dress, but it fit perfectly!! (The only thing I asked the seamstress to add was bustle buttons since it doesn’t come with any.) When I ordered the dress, I did my measurements myself to send in a message to the dress maker, the woman that contacted me about my measurements asked me clarifying questions and everything went so smoothly! They were quick and the dress arrived in a timely manner and I thought it was a fantastic deal for the lovely dress I received. My MiL sent me a video of the dress so I could see it before I got back to the states and I could look at the lace details, but I was shocked it fit so well when I finally got to try it on. The dress is a little heavy because of all the layers of material, but I expected that, all in all, it was still comfortable enough to spend hours and hours in- from our ceremony all the way through the reception.
