Roomy cut, soft fabric (poly blend, there's no cotton in the blend). Midweight/lightweight fabric. It's a bit long, the front hits at the bottom of the zipper on my jeans. I'm 5'6", 148lbs, 38B bust, broad shoulders - the large fits well, does not cling at all. The red color I ordered is a warm, slightly darker red, not a bright Valentine's Day red.
