I am a 40b, 5'3" with a little bit of a belly, and ordered a white L, and a white in XL. I kept the Large, great fit! not clingy, covered my tum but not too loose. The top is comfortable covers enough of my bottom, and my curves still peak! I will wear a beige bra, (the white shows through ever so slightly). IMO any age would like this top, and look good if you order your normal size. The 3/4 sleeves are just right for me.

I received this blouse today and tried it on and it is really cute. I love dotted Swiss. I ordered four more in different colors. I wear a size small, and it does fit, but you might want to consider One size up if you like your tops a little loose.
