I bought these for my wife for an early Christmas gift and she absolutely loved them. Wearing them a couple times a week to work, the sole quickly began peeling off the gum resin platform causing it to catch while she walks, tripping her. This is totally unacceptable for a shoe this expensive. Incredibly disappointed with the product. I’d like to exchange them for a another pair hoping that this is just a defective pair but Amazon will not exchange them and only provided Loeffler support. Which was useless because they are on Christmas break until January 3rd. I’ll most likely just return them. Very unfortunate experience and poor customer survive. Pathetic ... show more
