  • Solid tool for Sur Ron maintenance Solid tool for Sur Ron maintenance
I needed a reliable way to remove the swingarm lock nut on my Sur Ron, and this tool did the job perfectly. The fit is precise on the 4-pin design, which is critical since these nuts are often on very tight. The machining looks clean, and the finish feels durable enough to handle repeated use without rounding off the edges. I paired this tool with a breaker bar for extra leverage, and it didn’t flex or show signs of stress. That gave me a lot of confidence that it won’t strip or fail like cheaper alternatives. Once the nut was loosened, reinstalling it with this same socket was just as smooth—it holds securely and doesn’t slip. This is one of those specialty tools you don’t use every day, but when you need it, it’s absolutely essential. It saves a ton of frustration compared to trying to make do with the wrong tool. For Sur Ron or Segway owners doing swingarm or jackshaft work, this is a must-have addition to the toolbox. Overall, strong, reliable, and worth the price. ... show more

  • Worked on 79bike.
Worked perfect on a 79bike falcon pro. Had to install a sprocket spacers on my wife's pro because of a fatter tire and had to get to the jackshaft sprocket, socket worked fine removing and installing the nut. Would have gave 5 stars but as other stated it doesn't really fit on a ratchet or breaker bar. This was easily fixed I tapped it on with a hammer and it removed whatever coating inside that made it tight. Socket came off and went on again no problem. ... show more

  • Didn’t fit wrench
It wouldn’t cleanly fit on ratchet wrench. Something about the mold must be wrong as it wouldn’t fit on the wrench completely. Exchanged and second one was the same way so had to return.

  • good quality, works and fits well good quality, works and fits well
Handy tool to have when you need it. At the price, it's well worth it over any DIY method, trust me. Quality metal; it has a nice heft and was machined very well. I'm a shadetree bike mechanic, so I have experience with alot of "knockoffs." This I wouldn't consider one if handed blind. Comparable to a named brand tool. Fits snugly, both in the wrench and on the bolt; this should last a good time. The protective casing was a nice addition. I wish all my tool heads would come with such so I could make labels for intended uses easier. I like to think of the value in the time saved and the risk/cost of me messing it up without the correct tool. In this regard, it's well worth it; this makes zipping keyed nuts off a breeze. ... show more

  • Seems solid but didn’t suit my off-label use.
This is a decent quality specialized tool. There is not too much to say about it as it is a single piece of steel that is meant to slot into a matching part. I actually got it to try for a different application but it didn’t work out. I tried to use it to remove a bicycle free hub that has four wider slots. This tool was the right size but is meant to interface with smaller slots. Because it wasn’t designed to fit I actual bent the lobes on the tool a little as I was torquing down very hard. I believe if used as intended it would be very strong and should do the job. ... show more
