I'm 5'6" and between 135 to 150 pounds at this point. I started out with with this grey floral size small as it was the cheapest and I wanted to give it a try. It was so comfortable I turned around and bought the sunflower one (s), the powder blue one (s), and the pink one (m). I have yet to wear the pink one other than to take this picture,but honestly the small ones are stretchy enough I probably didn't need to size up for later. I have gotten so many compliments wearing the sunflower one. I will say that the powder blue one looks a bit like a night gown if you don't dress it up with accessories (the right shoes,jewelry,etc) so if you're worried about looking nice keep that in mind. As none of my maternity pants seem to fit these days (I'm 34 weeks) I just bought the dark red one! I figured I'd better post a review so you know this dress is good enough to order several! Fit as expected, at 6 months pregnant, 170 lbs 5'7", the medium fits as expected. I do wear spanx underneath for added support, but could get away with out it.
