- DESIGNED FOR ADULT ACCESS - The outer cover is intentionally made without a zipper pull. Adults can open the zipper using a paper clip, then access the separate inner chamber to remove or add fill. Clear instructions make adjustment simple once you know how the system works.

🛏️ First Impressions I ordered this pillow for my 3-year-old daughter, and she took to it immediately before I even adjusted the fill. At 3 years old, I felt it was time to level up from a toddler pillow to a youth pillow, and this feels like something she'll be able to use for quite a while. ✨ Adjustable Comfort I ended up removing a small amount of the fill, but not much. I really appreciate being able to customize the loft instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all pillow. I like that the zipper clasp isn’t on the pillow. I couldn’t easily open without attaching a paper clip to the zipper to use as a clasp. I know my toddler isn’t getting into inner fill. 💤 Support & Sleep Quality What stands out most is that her head doesn't sink deeply into the pillow. It provides a nice balance of softness and support, especially for side sleeping. I like that it keeps her head comfortably supported without feeling like she's sinking into a fluffy pillow. 🧼 Easy Care The removable, washable cover is a nice feature for a kid's pillow, and the separate inner liner keeps everything contained when adjusting the fill. 📏 Great Size The 16" x 22" youth size feels like a perfect middle ground between a small toddler pillow and a full adult pillow. It gives her plenty of room without feeling oversized. 💰 Value & Quality This pillow feels well made and offers great quality for the price. Best child's pillow that I have come across, by far!!!

I am on a roll of quality products as of late (I cannot tell you how many so-so to just plain bad products I have received, and if you have seen any of my reviews, you know I don’t give out 5 stars easily) and this is no exception. This is by far the best children’s pillow that I have come across. I got this for my youngest grandson who recently turned three, and he absolutely loves it! He was using a Lightning Mcqueen car stuffy (kind of pillow shaped) before but the night I gave it to him he was thrilled with it (he is not the biggest fan of change) and tried propping it up against his Lightning M. pillow. I showed him how it might be more comfortable (sans Lightning…) and he willingly tried it out and was asleep so quickly - he looked SO comfortable! It is nice and comfy / squishy but gives the perfect amount of support and needed firmness (if that makes sense). If your child likes a slimmer pillow, you can remove some of the filling. And even though I got him the smaller of the two sizes (with him being a big boy for his age). He had a generous amount of room on it. Excellent quality, well made, and very highly recommended!!

Soft, Comfortable Little Pillow With Adjustable Thickness

I really love this little pillow. It’s soft and comfortable without feeling overly fluffy, and the 13” x 18” size makes it really versatile. It’s the perfect size for using on the couch, resting on the floor, behind your back for extra support, or even taking along in the car. I also really like that the thickness is adjustable with the foam and fiber fill. That makes it easier to customize the feel depending on how you want to use it. It arrived without any weird chemical smell, which I appreciate with something that’s going to be close to your face. The outer cover can be removed and washed, which is another nice feature. I’d still personally use a separate pillowcase over it, especially if it’s being used regularly by a child, just to make keeping it clean easier. I bought this for my 13-month-old, but I’m not using it as a sleep pillow for her at this age because I don’t consider her old enough for that yet. For now, I’m actually using it myself on the couch, and it’s surprisingly comfortable. It’s also nice having a small pillow that can eventually transition to her when she’s ready to safely use one. Overall, this is a really nice little pillow with a comfortable feel, useful size, washable cover, and adjustable thickness.

Such a comfy upgrade!

Right out of the box, I thought the thickness was just right for my toddler, so I didn’t end up changing the filling. I like that you can adjust it if you want it a little thinner or thicker, though. We already have the basic Little Sleepy Head pillows, and I’d definitely say this one feels like an upgrade. It’s really soft and comfy but still has some support. Honestly, I wish I could get a pillow this comfortable for myself! I also really like that it comes with a washable cover. I’ve already washed it once and had no issues with it. I still put a regular pillowcase over it because there’s a pretty big tag on the cover that I think would be uncomfortable to sleep on. My only complaint is the zipper. You need a paper clip to open and close it, which I’m guessing is for safety reasons, but it’s still kind of annoying when you want to take the cover off. Overall, we really like it. It’s a nice upgrade from the basic pillow, and my toddler seems very comfortable sleeping on it.

Comfortable Kids Pillow with a Great Adjustable Design

The Little Sleepy Head Hybrid Youth Pillow is a really nice size for kids who have outgrown a small toddler pillow but aren't quite ready for a large adult-size pillow. The 16 x 22-inch dimensions provide plenty of sleeping space without overwhelming a smaller bed. The adjustable design is one of the features I like most. Being able to customize the pillow makes it easier to find a comfortable height and firmness instead of being stuck with whatever loft comes from the factory. This is especially helpful since every child has different sleeping preferences. The pillow feels soft and comfortable while still providing a good amount of support. It also has a more substantial, higher-quality feel than many basic children's pillows and holds its shape nicely with regular use. The size works well for a child's bed but is also compact enough for sleepovers, vacations, or bringing along when traveling. Having a familiar and comfortable pillow can make sleeping away from home a little easier for kids. Overall, this is a well-designed youth pillow with a comfortable feel and useful adjustability. Comfy child-sized pillow - no bad smell!

This is a very nice child’s pillow. It was quite flat when it arrived, but the picture shows it after two days of fluffing up and airing out. The cover is very silky and soft, it came with just enough fill to be comfortable for a back-sleeper, and, best of all, it did not have a bad or offensive smell that needed to off-gas. That was my main concern, that it would smell horrible, but it didn’t. I own several toddler-size pillows from this same company and have had them many years and still love them and use them daily. The traditional fill eventually goes flat though, so I have to buy new ones or layer two together in one pillowcase. I’m hopeful that this foam filling will hold it’s shape longer, but only time will tell. I like how it came with a postcard that said if it was not enough filling to contact the company and they would send you more! I thought it had plenty, but if you wanted a fuller feel, that’s a nice option. For now it’s a good size and it is comfortable, so I highly recommend it.

Soft versatile youth-sized shredded foam pillow

I love to car camp and I realize this wasn’t the intended use for this Little Sleepy Head Hybrid Youth Pillow, but it just happens to be the perfect size to use for car camping. I also have neck and shoulder issues and I appreciate a smaller, high-loft pillow as a side-sleeper. It came vacuum packed in a plastic bag inside of a box. It puffed up immediately and I was able to use it the day I received it. The cover is a soft, cooler-feeling bamboo and is washable. The fill wasn’t as lofty as I was hoping and I wish they had included just a little bit more fill. I am able to use it comfortably though. Overall I believe it is a good value for it’s intended use as well as mine. For me it is comfortable, compactible and portable.

**Soft, cool, and my daughter loves it** This has been such a good find for my daughter. She loves it, and I’m really impressed with the quality. It has a nice, soft feel, and she seems very comfortable with her head and neck resting on it. One thing I especially appreciate is that it stays cool during the night. We live in Florida, so that’s a detail I notice and care about. A pillow can feel lovely when you first touch it, but I’m more interested in how it feels after it’s actually being used, and I’ve been happy with this one. It feels well made, too. This isn’t something I’m praising just because it’s cute or because my daughter likes it. The softness, quality, and cool feel have all impressed me. I can’t speak to years of use yet, but based on our experience so far, this is a 10/10 for me.
