  • Adorable playset perfect for car or animal lovers
Style: Standard
This is easily one the best Little People sets and one of the cutest toys I've ever seen. Whoever thought of combining a fire station and a pet rescue center was a genius! There's something for every child in this set whether they enjoy vehicles or animals. It's gender-neutral and has many adorable details. I was able to get this on sale and since it has 6 figures it is definitely worth what I paid (25 dollars). You get a boy and girl figurine (a fireman and pet rescue worker), a cat and dog, and a firetruck and a helicopter. I got this for my 21-month-old son for Christmas and he enjoys playing with it and I know as he starts understanding pretend play we will get even more use out of it. Since he was about 9 months old he has been obsessed with cars and vehicles in general, so I knew he would like the helicopter and truck. His favorite part right now is having me place the fire truck behind the doors and then he pushes the button and the firetruck rolls out to music. We've done this easily 25 times now :-). The helicopter blades spin if you put it on the landing pad and turn the handle. Inside the rescue center there's a food bowl and bed built-in to the floor. I've been teaching my son to feed the pets and put them down for a nap. There is also a bathtub on the top floor and you can wash the pets with fake bubbles. The kitty can get "stuck" in a couple of places on the tree and then rescued with the extending ladder in the fire truck (or the helicopter can swoop in and grab her). Super cute! This set closes so it doesn't take up too much space. My only complaints are that the truck is a bit difficult for my son to line up (the ladder has to be in the proper straight and lowered position otherwise it gets stuck when the doors open). In addition, the helicopter is a little frustrating for him to put in position so the blades spin. This set closes but only if you fit the truck inside diagonally. These are all minor problems and I know the former two complaints will not be an issue as my son gets older and more coordinated. I highly recommend this playset; we are having loads of fun. As my son grows I think he will enjoy making up scenarios about putting out fires, rescuing cats, and giving a checkup to the animals. ... show more

  • Tons to do!
Style: SIOC/FFP
This playset is awesome! 2 year old niece adores the 2 vehicles, and I love that it folds shut! I believe I got it on sale for 20$, but it's definitely worth at least 30$ with all of the features!

  • Different types of play
Style: SIOC/FFP
My daughter loves this set because it has so many different options of play. You can play the helicopter or the fire truck, the vet or a cat in a tree. It really allows for imagination play. We love little people sets!

  • Great playset!

It's a cool little, Little people playset. The helicopter 🚁 sits on the top and when you push a button it spins the blades. Pretty cool. My 3 yr old loves it

This made my sons Xmas Eve 😊 I knew my son only wanted little people for Xmas since it’s his absolute favorite toy EVER. This did not disappoint, as usual!

  • Fisher Price continues to make some of the best toys for toddlers
Style: Standard
Fisher Price continues to make some of the best toys for toddlers. I bought this set for my two year old son for his birthday. He has a few other Fisher Price sets and enjoys things you can interact with, that make noises, etc. Ideally, those things don't produce too many overstimulating sounds and flashing lights, and Fisher Price tends to get it about right. The music and noises don't go on for too long and they aren't too loud, either. My son likes to put the cat up in the tree (we have an orange cat) and say " Uh oh, Lucky!" and then pretend to rescue the cat. The set comes with four figures (cat, dog, firefighter and one girl) and two vehicles (fire truck and helicopter). With this set, though, I felt like it could use a few more ways to interact with the pieces. More things that you can open, turn, close, etc. would probably give this a bit more play value for a 2 year old. Oh, and can we please have a female firefighter instead of making most of the occupations for male figures? ... show more

  • Cute, but a bit disappointing
Style: SIOC/FFP
It is a cute toy, but I feel like for the price it should do a bit more than it does. Additionally, the sounds weren't working correctly out of the box. My husband had to take it apart and fix it. Works fine now.
