I do more racing than bashing, but I did pick up an Arrma TLR Typhon this summer. For racing, we use 4S hardcase packs, but since this car can handle up to 6S, I got this battery to try that out. Honestly, it’s plenty fast enough on 4S. 6S is just crazy. 6S is like if your throttle pedal just kept going. If you’ve got a car that can do 6S, you owe it to yourself to try it out. The battery fits properly and works well. It comes with an IC5 to XT60 adapter. It’s still a softcase pack, so I am a little worried about how well it’s gonna hold up to extreme bashing, but I guess lots of people bash with softcase packs. My standard battery test results: - Delivery voltage: [3.843, 3.844, 3.840, 3.838, 3.842, 3.843] - Weight: 773g - Capacity: 6,271mAh (143.6Wh) - IR/Cell: [10mΩ, 9mΩ, 10mΩ, 11mΩ, 10mΩ, 10mΩ] - IR@8A: 71mΩ Internal resistance is a little high compared to most packs. The price is a little steep. At the time of this review, it is listed for $72. I suppose it’s still about half the price of most “name brand” packs, but if you’re willing to roll the dice with an off-brand manufacturer, there are much cheaper options available. I will admit, if I hadn’t gotten this product through Vine, I probably would not have paid full price for it.

Amazing batteries with great runtime & doesn't disappoint! Well made & solid construction. We'll see how well these will hold up. I'll follow up with updates if there are any changes. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing these Hilldow 22.2V Lipo Battery 6S 85C 6000mAh Lipos Hard Case Rechargeable Batteries with EC5 Plug. This battery is a beast! I got it for my RC truck, and it's made a huge difference. I can run my truck for much longer now before needing to recharge. It also has a lot more power, so my truck can go faster and handle tougher terrain. The battery seems really well-made. It has a hard case that protects it from damage, and the EC5 plug is solid and secure. I haven't had any problems with it so far. It charges quickly and consistently delivers the power it promises.

This is my first 6S battery, and it has exceeded my expectations. I got it for my Kraton 6S RC truggy. It fits perfectly in the battery compartment. The wiring connectors are off to the sides, so no wires are getting pinched when I strap the battery in (I don't know why some battery manufacturers put wires in places where straps could create a problem). The most impressive part of this battery is the amount of power it can send to my RC. I can hardly keep the front wheels on the ground! I am happy with my HIlldow 6S battery.

The media could not be loaded. WHY I have a 2.4M sailplane and looking to get some extra long flight times. I also have a 6S 7300 lipo, but that battery is just a little too big to fit INITIAL IMPRESSION This is a big battery, it weighs 768 grams. 85C is enough of a C rating for my particular application. It arrived at storage voltage, however one of the cells was a little low, put it on the cell balancer setting on my charger and that seemed to fix it. Some Pros and Cons High Capcity Good C Rating Not much voltage sag (but I’m flying a sailplane, might be different if it was going in an EDF jet) Comes with two plug/adapter options (I needed XT60, so the adapter was a nice touch) Arrived at storage voltage Good quality balance and power leads CONS Maybe the one cell that was not quite balanced as well as the others, not sure that is a problem, but I do like to see the cells pretty close to one another. OVERALL This worked great in my plane, the battery is heavy, but just required a lot more throttle to get it in the air.

I've got a few 3S Hilldow lipo packs and they work just fine. This 6s pack is larger, obviously, and nice strong casing. It arrived at a perfect storage charge and ready to charge and go. I ran this in my 6S Arrma Kraton and it works just great. With 85c it doesn't have the punch of high dollar 120+C burst lipos but for the cost these are fine. They're reliable and strong, I wouldn't use these for my speed runs but for average bashing or drifting this works great.
