The product came on time and was easy to set up in less than an hour. Make sure to follow instructions. I assembled mine standing up rather than laying it on the floor. The item came packaged beautifully. Perfect condition. One thing I will note is that it’s not a metallic gold , more of a matte/satin mustardy gold. The media could not be loaded. Super cute, light and sturdy especially for the price. Not done decorating yet, but it fits my current decor. Really easy to assemble , it took me about 45 minutes. Just pay close attention to the instructions or you will have to take it down and start over.

I really love this bookshelf! I was looking for a bookshelf to act as a night stand for the side of my bed and this fit perfectly. It is very modern and stylish - it goes really well with the rest of my bedroom furniture. Assembly was easy and fairly quick, took me around 30 minutes to get it put together.     • Nice industrial but quirky look
I kept telling myself we'd get around to building those custom bookshelves we talked about.... After 3 years of my books in toppling piles on the floor, I gave up and bought this. I have a small bedroom, with limited space where I wanted a shelving unit, and I wanted a rustic or industrial look. The varying width of the shelves on this makes it odd and quirky, and the matte metal frame and wood-grain veneer give it a look that totally works with our decor. It is of a quality that matches its price: mid-range. It has limited weight capacity, so don't buy it to store your anvils. I got all my books up off the floor, added a plant and some brick-a-brack to the top for looks, and it's perfect for my space. Assembly wasn't too hard, just follow the pictorial instructions in order. Again, the quality is in line with the price: it can handle being filled with paperbacks and a few gewgaws, but not for your horseshoe and railroad spike collection. ... show more

This shelf really helped transform the living room. In addition to where our projector now sits, the cats have nice place to climb up high without us having to have a normal cat tree. The numbering system for the different pieces is a bit confusing so pay close attention to what numbers go where for assembly. We had at least two instances where we had to switch pieces.     • Cool looking bookcase and seems sturdy

I really like the look of this bookshelf. It isn’t a standard boring one. That being said because it is different looking it was a little tricky to put together at first. The parts are labeled but some parts are the same and are labeled the same but the position is flipped when putting together on the frame and the instructions don’t seem to make it clear at first glance. It’s also a little annoying to put together because the bolts are all Allen wrench style so not very easy on the hands using the Allen wrench provided thankfully we had a screwdriver that had the bit for it making it easier to put together and tighten. The actual shelves are also screwed in under on the bottom making it a little annoying to put together especially with the Allen wrench but it does give it a very clean and finished look. It does seem very sturdy and makes for a great addition in a bedroom. Wasn’t difficult to put together just a little annoying. I would 100% recommend the shelf. ... show more

I had a plant stand in my kitchen that held only 3 house plants, but I really wanted to add a few more. So, I was looking for a shelving unit that: was big and sturdy enough to safely hold 6 or 7 house plants; would fit into a very specific space; had components that were water-resistant (to guard against leaks); was completely open on both sides (for the sun from one side and for watering and enjoyment from the other side); and -- if possible -- had areas that could accommodate plants 18+ inches in height. This shelving unit ended up being the perfect solution . . . exactly what I was looking for! I'm very impressed with how well designed and manufactured the shelving unit is . . . it's incredibly sturdy and will last many years! Putting it together was super, super easy (the instructions couldn't have been clearer) -- it just took about 30 or 40 minutes sitting on the floor putting it together. The finish on both the metal and shelves was exactly as described and I think it looks really great in the kitchen! Now I just need to buy 3 or 4 more plants to fit into the available spaces! ... show more
