I don’t buy a lot of clothing on Amazon but I cant say enough great things about how this dress fits. I’m 5ft tall and typically a size 10-12 pants so I bought a Large. This dress fits and feels great. It hits just at the knee for me, and hides my tummy so well. I bought the bright green. My only critiques are that it’s a little pricey for a t-shirt dress and that the color is slightly more muted and heathered - not as solid a green. Still keeping because it fits amazing AND buying one in blue (and maybe army green too).

Amazon suggested I order a large, based on reviews it looked like a medium may work. So I ordered a purple and brick in medium and last minute decided to try a large in black. None of these colors/fabrics have any lining. While the front doesn't show any lumps or bumps the back does. I'm 5'4" and 142 lbs, 38D, slim bottom. The large hit me too the top of my knees and the arm holes were a bit too big. The black was more forgiving as far as bra and panty lines in the back. The medium fit best in regard to the arm holes and was also top of my knees. It was definitely more clingy than the large in the brick and purple and the back showed every detail of my bra and panty lines and any lumpy areas. While I love the front tie and the way it covers any belly puffiness, the fact it has no lining ruins it. I see where the manufacturer used to incorporate a lining but has decided not to do that anymore in the darker colors. I guess the colors I got (brick and purple, which are beautiful colors) constituted dark colors. Sadly I believe I will return all of these. I wish I had been one of the lucky ones to get an older style with lining.

This is very cute, comfortable, easy to wear. Runs a little large. I got a small at 5'3/120 but there was extra material in the waist to the point if I pulled it to be truly fitted, I'd be tying the side seams of the dress into the knot. It's ok, it just looks more casual worn looser. I wish it came in an XS though. It's also pretty long. I'm 5'3, so everything is long, but I didn't anticipate HOW long. Still, it's nicely made for the price, flattering, and could be dressed up or down. I got the stripes and will get a couple of solids now that I've seen it.

Perfect length, I’m 5‘7“, 125 pounds, ordered the small and it hits me right above the knee. Arm holes are not too big at all. It is not too tight at all. It does not droop or sag in the wrong areas. The ties are a little long so you may have to fiddle with those to get them the way you want if you want some slack taken up before tying the two sides together. I just simply created one knot on each side and then they met up when the sides were tied together it actually looks very pretty. I’m very tempted to get another color.

I am 5'3, 169lbs, 38DDD and 41in hips. I adore the color of this dress and it was so comfy! The length hit right above my knees. I paired it with a cream cardigan and some platform sandals that made it such a laid back outfit, but this can certainly be dressed up as well. I may try wearing some shape wear with this next time for more dramatic curves. Also if you have a flatter butt like myself it will not do you any favors and will show cellulite if you have any (not a deal breaker personally, but good to know for y'all who might be worried) as there is nothing to distract you in that area unlike the tie in the front hiding my belly pudge. Overall, I'm honestly contemplating on getting this dress again in a different color with the short sleeves. Like yes, it doesn't look the greatest from behind as I lack certain assets right now, but a longer cardigan/kimono jacket is all you need to get over that.

This dress is made from a thick and hefty weight cotton. It is not cheap feeling or sheer. Wore it to a white party with nude strappy heels. Will be wearing it to a birthday party this summer, too. Style is for night time wear. I wouldn’t wear it as a casual daytime dress.
