Update: washed gentle with like colors. Dried on low temp for 15 minutes to release wrinkles. Hung to finish drying. Great improvement. Adding GBF a star for that, but taking away half star if I could, because … the amount of color fluff in the dryer filter leads me to believe that this dress will pill easily. For the price, though - it isn’t a complaint, just an observation. 5’4”, 135 lbs. Size Small is a flattering fit. Falls at the top of my foot. Confidence in the crossover bodice that it will not open. It is not too low. Wine color is accurate (more garnet than purple). I wouldn’t put much in the pockets - with the elasticity in the fabric, pockets will succumb to the weight of what you’re carrying . The material is lightweight, but synthetic so I suspect it will hold heat on days with warm temps and high humidity. And so, likely to do the same on sunny fall days. I look forward to wearing it then. Mine came wadded up in the bag. It may have been a return (?!). So, it is very wrinkled and there’s the slightest smell to the fabric. I’m going to wash and hope for the best - that it will fall straighter, smell fresher. Maybe a steamer will help with the wrinkles. I would only use a steamer or a presser, not an iron. Maybe a fabric wrinkle released will help, too. And since I got it on sale, it checks enough boxes to be worth the price.

I tried at least 4 of these dresses, 2 long sleeved, this short sleeve, and a sleeveless one. I had thought I'd want one long sleeved and a short sleeved or sleeveless style for an international trip in the summer. Unfortunately, this print was too cartoon-like to be comfortable for me. Also, the size was too big, but that is my fault for ordering a 3X because the 2X wasn't available in this print when I needed it. Trying to figure out sizing is always a challenge--this fabric is light weight and stretchy, though the more it is stretched, the thinner it gets, so I went up 1 size for the dresses that I kept--I typically wear a 1X, and a 2X was perfect in these dresses. This one was up 2 sizes (a 3X), and that was too much. Great feature, the POCKETS are big enough for a phone or passport. I returned this dress because of the print and the size, but I plan to get another one in a different print.

The color was pretty, the fabric was nice and stretchy and not sheer, but the pockets hit me in the wrong place and made my hips look even bigger than they already look, which was too big to start with. I tried several versions of this dress, different merchants, and they were all the same.

I'm a busty size 8 and the medium fit. At 5'7" the length is about 2 inches above my ankle so it will look chic with cute flat sandals and fun jewelry. I bought it for a "white night" on an upcoming cruise and it will be great for that. The fabric is a little thin so I'll have to wear nude undies. I always wash these stretch fabrics in cold water and hang to dry so they don't lose their shapes.

I am 5'3" and 170lbs. I bought size Large (normally I am a Medium). the large fits great. I bought different patterns/colors but they each run different lenghts. The blue flowery one is the perfect lenght for me while the polka dot one is way too long. But it is very comfortable and cool AND HAS POCKETSSSSSS.
