I’m 5ft, 130#, size six waist and a Dcup- This dress fits like a glove that was made just for me, and the lacing makes it perfect to adjust that in. I have scoliosis, and stand crooked, my mid section needs a corset or waist trainer to appear smooth and uniform- this dress allows for one to fit comfortably and seamlessly under it with zero issues or having it show. If you are not a “traditional” bride then this dress in black is for you! Sleepy Hollow was my favorite story as a child so naturally I got married on the Headless Horseman’s Bridge in NY. This dress perfectly completed the “moody” vision I had for our special day. I’m typically a size 12, ordered a couple different sizes & chose the size 14 which I expected as formal dresses tend to size up. I’m large busted but felt secure in the top, even without a strapless bra. I’m only 5’1” & didn’t have to time to alter the length so I wore 5” heels with a 2” platform. If you can walk in those kind of heels then you’ll be good without a hem! I wore a black mermaid slip underneath, as well as swapped out the belt & added a faux fur stole, all of which were also from Amazon. Less that $150 for an entire bridal look? C’mon! This is a gorgeous gown. It is full lace and has a train that is at least 2 feet long. I’m 5’1”, and sadly this was waaaay too long for me (even with 4 inch heels) And it laces up the back, with a very supportive bodice. I was skeptical ordering this dress. But when it came in I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I’m short (5’2) so it was exceptionally long even with 4inch heals. I stepped on the dress a ton. This dress is as pictured except for it arrived with no belt. I have written the Seller asking for the belt to be shipped separately. It's not a HUGE deal because I can go get my own belt, but I just want to receive the item as described, regardless of the cost. I will be posting photos after I add an under-slip/trumpet petticoat and have alterations. I am 5'6" and 145 pounds with 40 DD boobs. I ordered slightly larger than what my typical dress size is so that I could have it taken it to fit me snugly in all the right places and I think it will be perfect!!!! Overall, I am really please with the quality of this for what is honestly an amazing price at $60 ... show more

Heavy heavy dress, will made. I am a plus size gal and yes I am short but this dress seemed like you’d need to be at least six feet tall! Fit my waist and chest but shoulders were up around my ears and the hem at least 12” too long. Weird sizing. Mine also showed up with no belt.
