Before ordering this dress , it was in 3 different videos I watched and the women who tried it on said it was great and it looked beautiful . I took that as a sign to order it . It’s one of amazons best sellers . So I definitely knew I had to get my hands on one . I ordered the ivory , size 16 plus . I’m 5 3 and between 165-170 lb . The arrival As I said it came in 3 days after purchasing . The quality of the gown is a legit gown . Doesn’t feel fake or cheap . The lace and the train is stunning . There is a strap where you’d hook an eye for a bra . So a built in bra and it’s stretchy . Fits comfortably . I tried it on without lacing and the material is soft and comfortable . The lace for the tie in the back is a beautiful satin rope which I love . The belt is pretty . It will look great I will be writing another review on my wedding day . ... show more

    • Perfect for a size C or bigger bust! Not for As or Bs! Without alterations

Im giving it 5 stars even though Im having to return. Im posting for others to know if you dont have size C or larger breasts and wear a size 2.... DONT GET THIS DRESS if you dont have time for alterations! Otherwise the material was luxurious and the dress arrived in perfect condition. I would have easily expected the price tag to be over $2000.00! Im 5'3 120lbs and it fit snug like a glove everywhere but the chest. It was also a little too long for me but I wouldn't have minded. If you DO have time for alterations I can honestly say you will NEVER find such a beautiful dress with such fast shipping for under 1000.00. I would have thought it a scam had other verified purchases not spoke on how luxurious it is. The stitching everything was on point! ... show more

Due to family health issues I'm getting married in 2 months, and don't have time to order a gown from a boutique. I ordered several dresses from Amazon to try out, and was so pleasantly surprised by this gown. I used to work in a high end boutique years ago selling Vera Wang, Badgley Mischka, Reem Acra, Ramona Keveza, etc., and also worked at David's Bridal. Unfortunately, this wasnt a great style for my body type, and I bought a size too small. However, the quality of this gown, the construction, the lace, and the belt were top notch! The lace isn't stiff or plastic feeling, the train moves beautifully, the lining is soft, the shirring looked lovely, and the belt and detail were of a nice quality for the price. The hem can be shortened by removing the lace edge, hemming, then reapplying, but it almost fit perfectly with me at 5'4" in 3" heels. I'd highly recommend this for a bride with a bit more of an hourglass shape than I have. Professional Advice: laces go from top to bottom, and the tails should always be tucked in. Most gowns will need a little bit of altering so always order for your largest measurement (fit your bust if your hips are smaller, etc.), and bustles can be added easily for after the ceremony. The loop underneath a skirt is for hanging, not to hold while you dance! I bought a size 14, 5'4", 38D, approx 200lb. It was several inches too small to fit around my ribcage, but that's my fault for not checking the size guide better. ... show more

I ended up returning it only because I liked a different one better. I wanted sleeves in case it was cold and it was. But this dress was my 2nd choice and looked amazing! This dress is flattering on most shapes. Didn't like how it was packaged though. It was stuffed in a crumpled ball into a plastic bad and the laceuobacking was tangled with the belt. I'm pretty sure they sent me someone's return which is fine, but it would've been nice to have it sent to me as if it was newly packaged. The belt was also barely sewed together. ... show more

The dress its self is a extremly simple lace plain dress. The belt helps adds some character to the dress. The ribbons are egregiously long I men’s 3ft of extra ribbon on belt its self. If you are a small (0-2) with smaller boobs this dress will fit. If you have (D,DD) this isn’t the dress for you the boob cups are really meant for (B,C) cup boobs. Material is medium quality not soft at all but not itchy. I’m 5’4 and will need small heels. Train is decent length. Didn’t need to steam out the bag but if you want it to be 100% wrinkle free a light steam could help. It isn’t see through at all. And isn’t very stretchy. But flows nice ... show more

If you make sure to take your measurements it’s absolutely a beautiful dress. I was stunned with how beautiful it was for that cheap. Great mountain wedding dress. Fits this plus sized gal perfectly !!! I added my own purple belt. If you’re on the fence buy the dress.
