It’s cheap and cheap looking. The plug is big, black (the switch is too) and sticks out making it clearly look fake. There is nothing in the pot except the stem, which again makes it look fake. The leaves have random pieces of plastic sticking out, some leaf designs have random stripes, and all the leaves looked frayed. Not impressed. (PS: I also ordered the eucalyptus one but it arrived with a cracked pot despite the box looking fine) ... show more

For the price it is definitely worth it. My only issues are that the leaves are not a great material so they are fuzzy and hairy all around each one, and the item itself doesn't weigh hardly anything at all... Meaning they will collect dust like crazy and fall over with the smallest bump. Other than those 2 issues, I love it! It is absolutely beautiful and looks magical when turned on. ... show more

First of all, I've had this in my cart and on my wish list for a while. However, when I decided to treat myself I couldn't have been more disappointed. Moreover, this was ostensibly the saddest purchase I've ever made. It was all crammed into this janky box. When I slid the tree piece out of the box, a bunch of the faux leaves were already fallen off and loose out of the box. I decided not to judge too quickly, so I tried to set it up..... NOPE. I started to try to fan out the branches a bit, and a couple MORE leaves fell off. I didn't want to even bother going further at that point. Back it went. ... show more
