Over all this is a great costume.. the lights don’t stay on the whole time which is a little annoying but not a big deal.. the hat on the other hand did not stay open, kept bending back up so I cut a little slit in the rim of the hat and pulled out the plastic piece and it looks much better that way rather then half bended and dealing with trying to fix it all day. ... show more

I'll sew a chine strap on! It's very cute and true to size!! My daughter is going to love it. The battery pack is under the lace in the front on the right of the dress so she could press it on her way up to a house. It keeps its form! I would Def buy again if needed!

It's a really cute outfit I got my daughter for Halloween. I love that the skirt is super fluffy like in the pictures. The lights are really adorable and was my daughters favorite part, but theres a button you push to turn them on under the skirt and they only stay on for about 20 seconds and there's no way to have them stay on continuously. Loved the hat and it wasn't super floppy like how some can be, but it was a little small for her head and didn't stay on very well. Overall it was cute and she loved it, just minor details that could have made it just a little bit better. I dont know if they just don't throw them on there anymore, or if it's luck of the draw, but this dress had no lights. I can see some velcro were I assume the battery pack is supposed to velcro on, but there are no lights on the dress or in the package it came in. Other than that, the dress is cute, and everything is as it should be. I took away two stars because the lights being there were the main reason I bought this over other. I liked the idea of having those lights for safety during halloween, and they are completely missing from the package. ... show more

It is even cuter in person!! We have a daughter in a size 4T/5T( 39lbs.) I got her the small size 4/6 and it fits perfectly! We plan to put a little long sleeved shirt under it and tights so she is warm for trick or treating but it really is so cute! Dress did not contain lights, and the hat is folded in such a way that you can’t unfold it. Updated from 1/5 to 4/5 stars. I searched a searched for the lights or a box to turn on the lights. Toddler’s father came home and found a purple fabric section that had the lights. He was also able to use brute force to make the hat hat shaped. At this point I can only conclude the costume gave him magical witch powers in which to create the lights for the skirt. ... show more

    • Beautiful dress but lights only stay on for 1 minute at a time

Costume is made out of great material and looks very nice on- much better than the majority of other witch costumes out there. However, if you are buying it for the ‘light up function like we did, please take note that the lights only stay on for about 1 minute at a time. There is no way to keep them in longer without reaching under the skirt and pushing the button again. I ended up taking the existing lights out and replacing them with micro LED Christmas lights. By sewing those in, she was able to keep the lights on the whole time while trick or treating. So overall, well made costume but just know the lights will not stay on for long. ... show more
