Don't be a dope like me, and forget to remove the cardboard inserts in the toes! I was all ready to return these rigid, narrow, hard as rock shoes. Then I noticed a bit of tan material through the decoration at the toes, and realized there was a cardboard shaper shoved deep into the toe of each shoe. Took those out and chucked them across the bathroom for good measure! These shoes are wonderful! Supportive, sturdy and adorable. I sized up a half size like others suggested, and they fit great. Size up! I read the reviews and sized up by half a size and they fit perfectly. I wear size 9 and have never had to buy a 9 1/2, until now. Shoes are very comfortable I wore them all day at work and then went to dinner after. They didn’t need to be broken in! Look great with slacks.

These shoes were nice & seemed like they would be comfortable but for the narrow toe. I don’t have wide feet but it felt like my toes were crunched together. If you have pointy toes this is the shoe for you. If you don’t I would reconsider. I’m disappointed because I really liked them otherwise.

They are just too small as other people have said. I wear a 7W or a7.5 regular and I got the 7.5W per the recommendations given. I wore them one and had a couple of spots in the toe and inside area of my foot where it is widest that I could tell might be a problem. Put bandaids on to pad those areas until the shoe had been broke in. By the end of the day I could hardly bear the pain. Not going to keep trying. The shoes are cute but not worth the pain ... show more
