Been playing outside in the Way of Wade All City 11 (AC11) and was impressed with the Boom cushioning and tread durability. Bought these to play indoors and they did not disappoint. 40 year old 5’10” recreational hooper at the guard position so looking for solid traction and impact protection - can’t dunk anymore but still don’t want my heels to hurt after running and jumping for an hour or two of games. Cushioning is superb and no soreness. I usually wear a size 10.5 for basketball shoes from Nike (played in the PG line for years for the traction but always too narrow), New Balance (WXY line and slightly wider fit than Nike), 361 AG4 (insane traction but also narrow) and now Way of Wade so I went true to size to get a snug 1:1 fit. Forefoot isn’t as wide as the AC10’s but wore them around the house for an hour or so just to break them in and they were perfect. Traction sounded and felt like someone spilled Gatorade all over the court- it was that squeaky and tacky. If you’re curious about Way of Wade, these will definitely make you spoiled and you won’t look back. Every time I put them in the bag, I can’t wait to lace them up and run. ... show more
