I love these jeans. I find them to be true to size. I bought online because they never have size 2 short in the store. I was skeptical that they were not the same jeans I've always bought . The tags and some of the descriptive words are different because they have merged with another company. I like the lighter weight stretchy jeans. They are comfortable no matter what I'm doing . They do become loose fitting during the day. I just throw in dryer few min to to get size back to 2. Even the 2 short are still long because I'm only 4'11" but they are ok with boots or roll a small cuff. The waist height is perfect for me and comfortable because I have very short torso. The dark blue denim is nice. The color does not fade bad. I turn inside out and wash on cold water. These are cut exactly like the skinny mid rise which is slim through hips . The only difference is the leg is straight and a little fuller and skinny ones are super narrow and skinny leg, which is great to wear inside boot. ... show more

So I have these in multiple washes and have repurchased after I got a large snag in the pant (thanks puppy teeth/claws!) They fit me so well in the waist. I don’t think I have ever had pants fit me so perfectly from the first wear. My only complaint is that the length between my first purchase (that I kept) and newest one is different even though they are the same size and length. My very first time I got an 8 long because I am 5’9” and 34” inseam is perfect for me. It was too long. So I went with regulars. Which were a bit short for tennis shoes but perfect for flats/loafers. Now I have repurchased the 8 regulars and they are noticeably longer! But the perfect length for me. So there is something going on with quality control when it comes to length. The waist fit has been the same regardless of the inseam choice and the fabric feels the same regardless of wash (I have a medium and dark wash). ... show more

I really like these jeans. I have had problems in the past with jeans being too short but the longs in these are the perfect length (I am 5’8). I also like the look of the straight cut; skinny jeans are too tight on my calf’s and boot cut look too much like flairs to me, but the straights are just right. I have lost a bunch of weight over the past year and have ordered these in a 12,10,8, and currently wearing the 6. The rise is also just right for me where it’s not high over my belly button or so low that my butt crack is showing; they hit maybe an inch or two below my bellybutton. I also have thicker thighs and I had zero issues pulling them up. They are not super stiff which is something I don’t like with new jeans, they just feel like your comfy go to jeans to run errands in, that have been broken in from multiple wears. I have had multiple compliments on how they fit my body shape. If you are a taller gal, with thicker thighs, and are a bit more hour glass shape these might be the jeans for you. ... show more

Sorely disappointed in the poor quality!!! I guess like everything else, Levi’s quality is declining. Having grown up in the 501 and Silver Tab era, Levi created a standard for which all other jeans have been compared against. Now, they are just another pair of jeans that won’t last. If this is their “signature gold” product line, I think I will be off to find another brand. The fit is fine and the color is nice. True to size and fitted in the waist, hips and thighs, with a flattering straight leg transition. They are soft but the material is way too thin. The material is more like a pair of slacks than jeans. The pockets are dumb girl pants sized tiny pockets that cannot hold a phone and barely holds a small credit card sleeve wallet. When will manufacturers listen to women… we need real sized pockets so we can keep our stuff securely with us in public and our phones and wallets don’t pop out when we sit down! I am usually a high rater but I am very disappointed in the decline in quality of Levi so I would give these a 2.5-3 star. Since Amazon doesn’t give half stars I am begrudgingly rounding up. I will reevaluate after a few washings and if they do not keep up, the rating will go down. Bottom line… save your money and look for something more fitting for a “signature gold” product line. ... show more

I did not know what to expect when I ordered these jeans because I had a love/hate relationship with my Levi 314s that finally died after 10 or so years. The price for these new jeans was well worth the try and to my surprise, THESE JEANS ARE PERFECT! (I just ordered more!) I am 55 and do not like being overweight (I am working on weightloss) but these jeans really fit me well right now. I am 5'5" / 255 lbs and have always been stuck between Petite pants and jeans being too short and Average pants/jeans being too long (even at my appropriate weight). These jeans sit just right over my shoes and do not hit the floor. I wear my Ariat and Dansko clogs with jeans in winter. (Too hot here for jeans most of the year.) The straight leg fit is flattering and they sit at my belly button -- which is high waisted in my opinion even though they are labeled mid-rise. These jeans stay up! My 314s and I constantly battled as the waist would always slip and I'd yank them back up into place. These new jeans are soft but are still denim, look like denim, and the waist band is comfortable.
