I'm 5'9" and 160 lbs right now on the dot. I originally ordered these jeans in my normal size (10L). They were huge. I could pull them up and down without unbuttoning. I exchanged them for 2 pairs (in different colors) in size 8L. They fit fine. Even a little baggy. The jeans themselves are fine. Pretty thick for the price. Stretchy. Plenty long. Nicely shaped. These jeans are true to size. The denim is soft and comfy. The material is not as thick as the 501s I used to wear back in the day but that is okay, the jeans feel worn in instead of stiff. The boot cut seems wider than I expected, more like a flared leg than a true boot cut, maybe because I'm used to wearing narrow straight legs. The color is a nice faded blue. I am so happy with these pants! They fit well, are stretchy, and flattering. I bought 8S and they just touch the floor with no shoes on so they are a tad on longer side than most short length pants but not by too much For reference, I’m 5’2” and 161 lbs (thanks to Xmas treats 🥴), hourglass shape, pretty evenly proportioned w/ weight evenly distributed. W/ a mom tummy. They say to measure at my natural waist which is 33” an hips 41”. The size chart is way off or I do not know how to read a size chart?!. I am normally a size 8 or 10 so I bought both sizes and the 8 fit (a bit snug in waist but I hope to get rid of Xmas goodies waist) According to their size chart I’m a 12! I measured the size 8 pants on my body. from the crotch seam to the top of the pants is the rise =10.5” Waistband =35.5” Hips = 41” Inseam 30” The waist sits right in the center of my navel. I have a terrible time finding jeans that fit me properly. I am 5’ and110 lbs but not necessarily a skinny build. Almost always any jeans I try are either too long or too big in the waist and hips. I purchased these figuring that I was going to be returning them so I was sooo surprised to see that they fit perfectly. I bought the size 2 s and I love them They have the perfect amount of stretch and are very comfortable not to mention that they are Levi’s so I know that they are well made and a great price.
