I’m really happy with these Levi’s 318 Lightweight Shaping Jeans. They fit beautifully around my waist and my bottom - snug in all the right places without feeling tight or uncomfortable. The denim itself is a nice quality blue, not thin or cheap‑looking, and it has that classic Levi’s feel. They’re lightweight enough to wear comfortably all day, but still structured enough to hold their shape. For reference I’m 123lbs and 5’4”. Ordered 26x32. These jeans are just awesome! Love the color and the style. Material is thinner than regular jeans.They are a bit stretchy and not so low rise, enough to embrace any shape (I have a small bottom and no hips). They make my legs look super long thanks to the palazzo leg style. About the size: I was recommended 27 short, however, I decided to stick to my usual Levi’s size (26) and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, they are too long for my height, 32 inseam it’s definitely too much if I want to wear them with flats or tennis shoes. They are fine with 4” heels, otherwise I’ll have to alter them. I haven’t washed them yet but I’m sure they’ll be just fine in a normal wash and dry cycle, like all the other Levi’s I own. I wish they were available in 30/29 inseam, they would have been perfect! Strongly recommend!!!

I’m already a repeat customer. These are comfortable and flexible when you bend. Since sacri illiac bones began stiffening, I turned to knit draw string pants without the struggle to put on Cotton denim pants or even stretch yoga. The fabric is smoother than denim, has a slight give without loosing shape, and the stitching is quality. I have not noticed them having much if any bleed when washing, but I also use Woolite for black colors to help with this. These strike a good balance between my choices and I don’t feel so frumpy anymore while my legs have all the room to move of a karate gee pant leg which is much more comfortable than the boot cut leg Lee’s I purchased and also love. Lee’s if I want a sleeker style, these if I want to be able to move and sit at the DMV or other marathon event. They come in black which has been my favorite denim color for years but not traditional deep dark blue denim or 'darkest sky' in plus sizes. I truly wish they did since I'd like both colors! I like 'tall glass of water' or the light blue, but not as much. It’s good to see Levi returning to it’s roots and not such trendy styles with ripped knees and fading. I want to look nice in my clothing, not shabby chic at a high price. When these go on sale I love it, and now will grab another pair if I can get a $4+ discount on them. I do recommend these.

These jeans fit well and the cut is really flattering, but the material was thinner than I expected for Levi’s. They’re comfortable and lightweight, but definitely not as substantial as classic denim. Good for a casual, easy fit—just be aware the fabric has a lighter feel.

Great jeans! I had tried these on in another color at a friend’s house and had to order myself a pair. The waist to hip ratio is perfect for hourglass shapes and the butt is flattering. Nice amount of stretch but not too much. Legs may be too long for shorter people. I’m 5”7”, 150lbs and I can wear them with regular shoes, but only barely. I wear a 29 in most Levis, but needed a 28 in these for best fit. Pockets are good size and the hardware (zipper, button) is expected good Levis quality. Love the wide leg and flattering fitted line in the waist and hip!

Updated Review (2025.12.09) - I ordered 3 pairs—dark wash, regular wash and khaki. Out of the 3, I kept the dark wash (pics 4&5) and returned the other 2. While the leg opening is larger than the waist, it’s not as extreme with the dark wash. I will say these are very comfortable and provide just the right amount of stretch, and did not stretch out at the end of the day. If you have a lower belly pooch, these will cover/slim you but if you eat anything, you’ll definitely feel these being tighter (due to hitting right below the belly button). I am 5’4”, 140lbs and the 26x32 fit like a glove, but I do need to either wear platform shoes or shoes with a small (1”) heal (I’m wearing wedges in pics 4&5), otherwise, they drag the ground. As much as I love wide leg jeans, these are giving me mid-90’s JNCO vibes. I love the fit as they have stretch, good fit in the waist and thighs and sits just below belly button but no plumbers crack); sadly, since the leg opening is wider than the waist, I am returning these.
