The fabric is of excellent quality, just right on point with a slight stretch. It's not stiff, nor is it super soft. It allows the garment to maintain its structure while being very comfortable at the same time. I ordered size 28 (inseam is 32). It's a little long for my height, but it will work well with heels or sneakers with a thicker sole too. It also looks great if you roll up the hem. This jeans length is 32 just so you know. I’m 5’8 and waist 26 and 26 fits perfect! I have a very long torso which is hard to find high waisted, this one is def high waisted even for me lol I’m 26 on Abercrombie jeans and same on this one. It’s very stretchy. It is a tiny bit tight on the waist I could use a 27. I’m just not changing bc I’m very skinny w no booty, so this fits nice now. If you have a bigger booty and 26 waist I’d consider the 27 size! These are a 5-star win for me! For reference, I’m 5’4” and 118 lbs, and these fit my body type perfectly. I struggle to find jeans that are flattering without feeling stiff or awkward through the waist and hips, but these hit in all the right places. The high rise is super flattering and really defines my waist, and the straight-leg cut makes them easy to dress up or down. The denim feels structured but still comfortable enough to wear all day - Not rigid like some vintage-style jeans can be. Was on a quest for my first pair of wider leg jeans and a very happy with these. Love the high waist and they are comfy. Thicker jeans with just a little stretch. They are fitted in the butt/upper thigh and aren’t too wide leg, though I do wish they were a little more narrow around the knee. I am 5’8 130 pounds and they fall about an inch above the ground. I have a pair of skinny Levi’s in 28, so I ordered that first but they were too big. So I got a 26 and 27 to try, and the 26 was too tight in the hips and the 27 legs were wider, like barrel (see pic)! I compared the leg size to 26 and 28 and they were in fact wider. So I ordered another pair of 27, and they fit just right and legs comparable to the 26/28. I think the original 27 was defective, which is why I removed one star. ... show more

I'm kind of a brat when it comes to jeans and find it very difficult to find a pair of jeans I love. These had so many great reviews on Amazon that I decided to give them a try. The pictures in others' reviews are flattering, but the material is moreso the important piece to me. First, I'm 5'-6", ~135 lbs. I do have very short legs and very long torso lol. The jeans are super long, which is not a problem if you can afford to take them somewhere to get them hemmed (or have the patience to do so, which I do not). At the time of my purchase, I don't believe there was a "short" option when buying because I would have bought them short if so. I will say they are comfortable, and they are flattering on me... but they're the stretchy jean material. I personally despise stretchy jeans--I want my jeans like I want my drinks--stiff. If you love the stretch, then you probably will adore these. But if you want your jeans to feel like denim, then I suggest passing on this. Me and Levi’s have had a love hate relationship for a few years now. I used to fit them fine until I put on some adult weight. Either the waist was gappy but they fit my bum or the waist fit and the jeans would push in my bum and make me look awkward. However, THESE JEANS, are now what I consider the holy grail of Levi’s. The waist isn’t stiff and nips in my waistline ever so slightly. The jeans hug my bum and thighs just as they should and have a nice modern look. I was worried about the length but I am 5’4” and I think the length is perfect. I like when jeans lay slightly on my sneakers/shoes. I saw this from an influencer and decided to purchase. This jeans is very soft but no see though as I’m a curvy girl. Waist 31 and hips 42. Amazon recommended a 29 x 32 as I’m also 5” 8” tall but I sized up to a 30 x32 and the fit is incredibly. There is no waist gap and the length is perfect as I can wear heels or flats.
