I love the fit and comfort of these jeans, so I'm so glad I took the advice of some other reviewers and ordered a size down. I'm 5'5", 140 lbs and normally wear a size 6/28, so the 4/27 medium fits almost perfectly. They were still a little long for me after a couple of runs through the washer and dryer so I had to hem them. Because these jeans are lightweight denim they were not too difficult to hem myself with the right needle and thread (and a YouTube tutorial!). Also, a good tailor can adjust the length and reattach the hem if you don't have time or prefer not to DIY it.. With that said, my advice is if you are in between inseam lengths I'd go with the longer option. You can always take away length, but you can't add it if your jeans are too short or if they shrink. Update: So, since I love the first pair of these jeans I ordered, I decided to order another pair in a different color/wash. I ordered a size down (4 med) just like the previous pair expecting them to fit the same. I like the fit and they're comfortable, but the fit is a bit different than the first pair: slimmer through the hips and thighs, with less of a flare and a lower rise (measured to be 1/4" lower than the first pair). So, just be advised!

At first was very happy with the jeans. Although they were thin they fit well( a bit long but that happens a lot for me). As always with new clothes, I washed them. I then hung them up to dry after which I placed in dryer to soften and dewrinkle. When hanging up I saw the begining of a hole already!!! And haven't even worn them yet. Surprised that Levi's would sell such bad quality jeans. But I guess that's just they way things are these days.

I really wanted a pair of flared blue jeans. So after looking at a bunch of reviews online I decided to go with these. I’m so glad I did because I’ve had compliments on these multiple times now. I love the shape of the flare. Not to small not to big. The zipper doesn’t stick or fall. These are so comfortable. I really am very happy with the quality of these jeans.

They fit fine. Although, even the short needed to be tailored to my 5'2" self (maybe 1.5".) They are comfortable. I expect them to wash well. All that is fine. But they lost a star because they have tiny little pockets that are nearly unusable. They fit a fist, not an unfurled hand. I don't know why companies feel that women shouldn't have pockets that fit a regular size cell phone, keys and a small wallet. Forget carrying lipstick or gloss. There is a lot of space not utilized within the area that wouldn't ruin the lines. In fact, stuffing a few items in these miniscule "pockets" puffs out the sides like a weird protuberance, ruining lines worse than a boxy pair of cargo pants ever did. I've had pants that had large interior pockets which reached to mid-thigh with the width spreading to nearly the zipper. Never have I had better, sleeker lines in my lower portion. But, the pants were expensive This style shouldn't be the exception, but the norm. It shouldn't be something that makes a label "designer." I shouldn't be forced to spend $120 minimum or to buy/wear dumpy cargo pants to keep my stuff with me when I cannot carry a bag. It's not as if Levi is some flash-in-the-pan brand, either. Lead the way, Levi. Make jeans and pants for real women on the go!

I love these jeans. I am in between a size 10 and 12 at this moment. I had to alter the waist, take it in a little bit. But denim is pretty easy to sew if you have the right needle. I also had to hem these jeans as they were too long, but the hem came out nice and the alterations make the jeans fit perfectly. I would recommend these jeans to anyone who wants a comfortable pair of jeans with a flattering flare at the bottom.

These jeans fit decent, are long enough and I am overall happy with them. However, I don't love, love them like I do some of my other Levi's. Not sure if they are a different design or if they are a knock-off but they just seem to not fit "perfectly" as others do.
