I bought the rinse “Smile for Real” in a size 29. The color is a little bluer, a little darker than in the photos. The size 29 fits perfect. I am 5’7, weight about 145lbs. I wear 27 in mid and low rise jeans other brands, like Madewell annd Banana Repbulic, and I wear a size 8 in American Eagle. Most Levi's, like the Low & Loose, I am a 28 or 29. I probably could squeeze into a 28 in these jeans, but I like them a little looser. The length is ok, It would be nice if they were 32” long, but I can live with 31”, they don’t look too short. I have the regular 94 Baggy style Levi’s, which are basically a wide straight leg. These 94 Baggy Bootcut fit the same as the 94 Baggy in the waist/rise, so sizing is the same, and length is the same, except the bootcut are just a little wider at the cuff, with a teeny bit of flare, that you don’t notice until you have them on. Just mentioning about the sizing because another review says that the 94 Baggy Bootcut does not fit the same as the 94 Baggy. For me, they fit exactly the same except for the flare at the cuffs. Could be some differences depending on the rinse. The photo shows how the cuffs drape over boots, the boots I have on are low heeled Chelsea boots. In the regular 94 Baggy, you see a lot more of the boots. I don’t mind that with other types of shoes, but I wanted the bootcut because I like a little more flare and coverage boots. These jeans are a true mid rise, mid weight denim, and I don’t think any stretch. Really like them, definitely keeping. They look nice, are comfortable, and aren’t too much of an exaggerated wide leg, just enough. I Probably will not put them in the dryer, can’t afford any shrinking. Hope my review helps someone with their purchase, I know it’s so hard to buy jeans online. Edit: I put them in the dryer while wet, intending for just a few minutes, then forgot about them. They shrank a little in the length, which I really couldn’t afford. Still ok, but not as happy with them now…I could always take the hems down. ... show more

I bought the 29 and 30 in jeans. I have the 94 baggy wide leg and thought these would fit the same, but with the cute bootcut. I really wanted to like these. But the size is not at all like the others. Both, the 29 and 30 in waist was super tight and tight through hips and thighs. I am really disappointed because bootcut would have been so cute. Do not bother if you have a certain pair you already like that fit, because these will not. Very disappointed. ... show more

These jeans fit like a glove! Not too high of a rise, not too low. No gap in the back. I have 4 pairs of this exact style but needed to size down since losing a little weight. I ordered a size 29 as opposed to my previous size 30. All 4 pairs claim to be 31 inch inseam yet they are all drastically different in length. This pair is way too long for me while all of the others are doable. Of course the Abraided Art color is my favorite so I might need to have these hemmed since they fit so well everywhere else. Love these jeans, great purchase, true to size,I’m 5’8” 175 lbs purchased size 32 and they fit like a glove! Relaxed through the hips and thighs,love the pockets in them. Front pockets are roomy enough to put phone in them if you needed to,back pockets definitely have enough room as well for phone and other things you may have. I’m always putting my phone in a pocket. Who doesn’t need hands for other things. Like keys and coffee. They are so comfortable, easy to wear with a tee shirt or sweatshirt, you will look great with whatever you top you want.Definitely buying more ... show more

I bought these for work on sale, and have a few thoughts. I bought these as a cheaper alternative to my Levi's Wedgie Bootcut jeans. Working in occasional hazards outdoors, I appreciate the higher waist and low stretch...and that they can go from a meeting with officials to a hazmat response or fire response with ease. However, I didn't want to spend $100 on work jeans that would be exposed to....well, hazmat and smoke/fire! In the Wedgie Bootcut I wear a 25 (usually a 24), and by about lunch they are at just the right comfort level for the rest of the day. So I tried these, liking the rigid denim and low stretch with the looser thighs. These fit MUCH more loosely than the Wedgies! With a belt they do get the job done. Hoping with a few more washes (I'll be drying on high, instead of my normal low) that they'll shrink enough to get me the fit I want. I just wish Levi's (and all clothing manufacturers) had more consistent sizing. But, all of that being said....for the sale price, very solid purchase for versatile jeans. ... show more

Got these hoping for an ego boost because I gained some weight and it seemed like from the reviews that it was curvy girl friendly when the unfortunate truth is they are NOT stretchy at all and it squished my ass to a pancake while having a huuuge gap on my waist. It was completely unflattering and did not compliment my shape personally at all. I do not recommend getting these if your hip/butt is more than 40 inches in measurement. I am 5'3, about 145lbs with a 29 inch waist and a 42 inch hip and I ordered a size 30. ... show more
