I'm 5'4" with a 42" waist on a fat day if I measure around my waist just below the belly button. I ordered the standard 32 short and it was a nice comfy fit. If I wanted a tighter fit, I could have sized down. Fabric is stretchy, so if I gain or lose a couple pounds, it feels like these would still fit. The boot cut leg is not flared, so they don't look like bell bottoms. The rise hits right below my belly button. The hem of the leg hits the top of my bare foot. These will be perfect with boots or jeans or sandals with a short heel. Color is awesome. I'm buying another pair in a different color after writing this review. Hope this helps!

I bought the black in 29 regular (32 length) and I’m 5’3”. Perfect to wear with a heeled boot. They’re stretchy and look super good on. However, as another person mentioned, the back tag by the pocket does only say “R” when it should say Levi’s…so not sure how authentic these are. I’m keeping them because they fit well and are flattering on but I’m hesitant to buy other colors.

These jeans are as advertised and fit perfectly based on their size guide. The color is nice and saturated and they are well made. My only complaint is that the material is very thin and high in elastic, not at all like a true pair of denim Levi’s. Also the classic Levi’s tag on the back of the waist is basically just a thick card stock and not leather like it used to be, which along with the elastic in the pants weave, leads me to believe they will only last about a year. I still recommend them as a starter pair cause the price is good for what you are getting. Another note is that they are a true bootcut jean, they fit my mid calf cowboy boots perfectly.

Update: Got the right size (25), attached a new image of the fit above. Original review: I couldn’t decide between getting a size 27 or 28, and Amazon’s recommended size was 28. I got the 27 because it would arrive in time for my outing, and it still ended up being way too big (I prefer skinny/bootcut jeans to fit tightly), so the Amazon recc would’ve been way off. The Amazon size recc is based on just your height and weight, not all your measurements, and it messed up another order of Levi’s jeans I got, so I would trust the size guide instead! Other than that, the jeans are amazing. They’re comfortable levels of stretch while still being thick and giving quality, the deep blue color in combination with the contrasting thread in the “Casting Shadows” color is just 🧑🍳💋 chefs kiss perfect. Also, in the last image you can see it has the Levis stamp and tag so it’s definitely official, at least my variant! It also comes from the official Levis store and Amazon is strict against impersonators so I don’t think this is fake like that one reviewer claimed. Some Levi’s jeans have a tag that’s just red, without the logo, I own some of those. So yes! Buy it, but make sure to order the right size! The front fabric is so high and thin any pooch at all and the pockets pull in. Yuk. Fortunately they run big so I'm able to get away with it or I would have sent them back

Just had a baby a month ago so none of my old jeans fit me. I got a size 30 and they are perfect! They are comfortable, have a really good amount of stretch, and the length is great. Definitely will be buying more! For reference I am 5'7 and 162 pounds

So,firstly, let me say that these jeans do fit nicely. They are stretchy and comfortable. They are definitely not levi premium jeans and they definitely feel on the cheaper side, but they look good on. They smell terrible, like a chemical smell. The smell did not come out during washing either,so hopefully it'll fade.
