I have tried SO MANY wide legged jeans and look frumpy and dumpy. Was about to give up. Got these and wow they are so flattering!! Somehow the waist dips a bit and they just look great. And so comfy too! My weight is in my belly more than my legs for reference and it’s amazing that they flatter. Getting more! These jeans are so flattering. They have some stretch and fit well and true to size. They are comfortable and make me look thinner in jeans than I am. They are the perfect length for me. The color is great. They look cute with sneakers and a little t-shirt, but could be worn with anything.

These are great wide leg jeans because they fit snug in the waist, hips, and booty and then widen out in the legs. This prevents you from looking like so wide! My issue is the sizing. For reference I’m 5’4 about 116 lbs and I usually wear a 26. The 26 was so large that it created that gap in the back on the waist. I can stick my whole arm down that gap and it’s especially noticeable when I sit. The size 25 fit perfect on my waist but was very snug on my hips. There is some stretch to the material and I do believe the description mentions something about tummy control, but it’s not as comfortable as I would like. The verdict is out on whether or not I’ll keep them, but I will say the quality of the material and the styling of the fit make them a great choice! ... show more

I wore these jeans in Madrid and Cville, and they were great! Comfortable, super flattering, and on trend. I ordered a little bit bigger because I wanted them to fit pretty loose. With a fitted bodysuit (plus blazer), it was perfect. I tried both the regular length and the petite and ended up going with the regular length. I never thought I’d be a wide leg pant girl, but I absolutely love these jeans. I am 5’4” and 175 pounds - they are so flattering and comfortable! The Levi's Womens 318 Shaping Wide Leg are a lovely, versatile pair of jeans that can easily be dressed up or down. For me, they had a flattering cut in the legs, but the waist and hip fit was not quite right on me. I ended up returning, which was disappointing. I had hoped I could get away with wearing these to work, and had the fit been better, I think I could have, or at least on Fridays! The zipper quality was fine, and the fabric was thinner than expected. While I questioned how durable they would be, due to the thin and rather stretchy material, they were easy to move around in. I paid $41 .70 for these on sale, and given the thin fabric, I think that is the reasonable price. I would have had a harder time considering these had they been full price. I am a longtime fan of Levi's and I will continue to be! It's just a matter of knowing which materials/washes have the fabric I like and which styles fit best. ... show more
