Not too baggy, not too tight. This is my third pair of 559’s. Only reason I bought another pair was because after 3-4 years they faded a good bit (I wear them 2-3X a week) and I prefer darker jeans in the winter. But my last pair is still in great shape.

I alternate between 559 and 501. 559 is a softer material, with a bit of stretch. In my experience, go a size down on the waist. It may feel a bit tight when you first put the pants on, but you'll find the waist and thighs will quickly loosen up for an excellent fit. I wear 559s all the time; it's an excellent product!

Nice to find jeans long enough, that are also comfortable and stretchy. My only critique would be that the material does wear through fairly quick. For the price and comfort, I can deal with my pockets getting worn and small holes forming over time. No issues with shrinking, pockets are versatile but nothing extra. Nice casual look. All-in-all will definitely purchase again.
