These pants are slightly larger in the waist and the legs all the way down to the bottom of the leg opening by about an inch compared to many of the other Levis 541 styles. This style is kinda like a khaki style of jeans. Wears well with converse. California style of dress!

The jeans shown on Amazon’s site are more of a faded black with white stitching, the pair I received is more of a darker gray with the same color stitching. It’s just irritating to receive a product that’s not what you expected and have to go through the trouble of returning because of a inaccurate photo on Amazon’s site!

Finally found jeans that fit a man correctly. Not low-riding, below the hip, too baggy or sloppy looking, these jeans fit right with just enough room for "everything" you're bringing without walking around town with an extra tent of material flapping around your legs. Fit me perfectly, will be ordering more. TIP: When I first tried them on (before washing) they had some extra room in the waist and hip areas on me, but I was confident that they would shrink up just a bit on the first wash and dry, which they did. So when you first get yours, make sure you have just a little room for shrinkage. If they're snug but comfortable before washing, you may not like them as much after washing. **EDIT** I decided to give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the front pockets are too shallow and should be made deeper to hold a cellphone, car keys etc more easily.

Wasnt sure about buying pants online, but I nailed it with these. I'm a 38/30 and these fit me perfect - they don't sag in the ass, and fit right at my thighs and knees without turning into bell bottoms below my calfs. They don't drag on the ground, fit exactly as expected. Really dig the color, too.
