I bought the 511 Regular Fit, and they fit perfectly: snug but not too tight, with just the right amount of stretch to move around comfortably. Ah Yes, Levi's are THE standard. No matter what I buy, Levi's are my go to. With this said, the 511's fit me well, no Clown like baggy legs. Maybe a tad snug on the legs after washing but they stretch just a bit after a couple hours and fit me well. I have 3 colors of the 511 Levi's. New khaki, Dark Olive, and Blue ( don't know which blue though ) . The good; they all fit about the same, good fit as expected and of course Levi's. Slight stretch for my changing waste line. many colors to choose from. The Things I noticed; 3 colors, 3 different materials. New Khaki 511; are rougher feeling on the outside and stiffer than the others, less stretch. This may go away as washed but that will be seen. Inside is nice and smooth, so for wearing that's what matters. The back of the waist on this pair is slightly lower so and myself tugging it up, but after a couple hours of wear it stretches a tad and fits. I like these. Dark Olive 511; Smooth outside, soft inside, decent stretch, not stiff at all. I like the material a lot. Color is just slightly more green than expected, but I like it. Think might be my favorite material on these. Wish I knew which other colors are made with this same material! Blue, 511 ; This material is more what I expect with Levi's. Exterior not too rough, inside good, comparatively a medium stretch. My favorite fit and color. A Win. Bottom line; I'll but more these. Each color is like having a different type of pants but knowing they'll fit!

Levi makes SPECTACULAR jeans, I just wish they kept their business out of where it doesn't belong and just stick to making quality jeans. Levi 511 in 30/32 fits me like a glove, they aren't lying when they say every pair will feel like it was tailored for you. They fit me perfectly, the 510 is to skinny, and the 512 is a little to tapered in the leg. They are incredibly comfortable and are hands down the most well fitting jean I have EVER worn and I've worn a huge array of jean styles. I went from JNCO 20" Twin Cannons and UFO's in the 90s to straight leg boot fit in the early 2000's and slowly got tighter as the years went on LOL. I still have Levi 514's from 15 years ago that were my first venture in to Levi, I still wear them for getting dirty, fishing, and working on my car and they're still holding up, no reason to toss them yet! I'm not a fan of the $70 price tag, it's steep for me and I only purchase them on discount. But until another company can make a jean that fits me like the 511 does (I doubt it), I unfortunately gotta stick with Levi.

I had thought that with a 40 inch waist, the legs would still look super baggy. They look great! The waist is a bit loose but I don't know if I could stand to go down 2 inches and don't know how much skinnier the legs would be in a smaller size. They are fine with a belt. When I ordered these, I also ordered Wrangler cowboy slim fit. Those were much baggier in the legs, didn't seem slim at all, but the waist was more true to size. The color "it's all good" is a nice dark rinse.
