Perfect fit. They are thinner denim than other jeans I have had. I wouldn't wear them to work on the back 40 or anything. But for casual/dress jeans they are perfect. Nice that the length was long enough. Not baggie in the rear or hips. Fit snug, but not too tight you can't move.

These are Levi's, so the iconic blue jeans, but I haven't bought any in several years because the cost has more than doubled. But when I saw these on sale at a very good price, I decided to buy them for my husband. They fit perfectly and I am happy with the quality and price. My only issue is that they are quite thick - which is good for longevity - but hot for year-round wear here in Florida, so they will become winter use only. ... show more

Finally found a Levis that fit. It wasn't easy. Levis makes so many cuts of jeans (501, 505, 550) and so many fabric materials (Denim, Denim blends, lightweight, stone washed). And each will or won't shrink. Most won't shrink. They factory wash jeans anywhere between 2 and 36 times depending on cut. That changes the look and flexibility and probably influences how long they last. The most distressing thing is the relaxed fit jeans (550's) waist size is way larger (like 2" larger) than a 505 waist size. Anyway, these classic standard weight blue Denim 505's fit right. Be aware the drop down menu may change to something else, so be sure the material/color you want and size you want both appear before ordering. Levis advises to wash in cold water and line dry.
